Monthly Rentals in East Foothills

Diane's house was the perfect home for our 2 week visit over the holidays! The house was nicely renovated not too long ago and is tastefully decorated without too much clutter. If we had any questions or concerns, Diane was always quick to respond as she is local and doesn't live too far away from the property. Overall, a great stay with a great host. We would highly recommend.

Rick and Tonya are the gold standard of Airbnb hosts! From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating without ever being overbearing—a perfect balance that made our 2.5-month stay feel like home. Traveling with two dogs can sometimes feel daunting, but Rick and Tonya were incredibly dog-friendly and went out of their way to make my pups feel just as welcome as I did. Their home had everything we needed to cook full meals, and the kitchen setup made it easy to settle in for an extended stay. Other thoughtful touches included great water pressure in the shower (a must for me!) and a full-size washer and dryer on-site. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of thought into what guests need for a comfortable experience. By the time we left, we didn’t just feel like we had a great place to stay—we felt like we’d made new friends. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll absolutely be staying with Rick and Tonya. Highly recommend!

My wife and I were on a Pacific Coast highway road trip and this was a perfect spot for us to stop enjoyed the sunset super cute my wife loved it

We really enjoyed our stay here! Great neighborhood and home away from home. Had everything we needed and more, definitely recommend staying here. The view and wildlife was a great plus!
