Darling cottage in East Hampton Village. Situated in a historic picturesque tree-canopied neighborhood. Easy stroll to Newtown Lane and Main Street shops. (1/2 mile). Classic atmosphere. Very comfortable, bright, and clean. A perfect place from which to enjoy East Hampton and the surrounding area. Fully renovated (2019).
“This cottage was perfect for our long weekend stay in the Hamptons! We loved the updated amenities in the kitchen, bathrooms, and well...the whole house, really! We brought our bikes with us and enjoyed riding around the neighborhood. Downtown cafes and shopping are within easy walking distances though, so bikes are not necessary. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. We would definitely return! Thank you Yvonne & Dan.”
Our lovely one-bedroom cottage sits on a quiet lane 3/4 of a mile from downtown East Hampton. The cottage is light and bright, with whitewashed walls, vaulted ceilings and skylights, lots of windows and beautiful minimalist décor. It's an incredibly peaceful place to wake up in the morning, with a gorgeous green yard right outside the many bedroom windows. Every bay and ocean beach around East Hampton is 5-10 minutes away and Nick and Toni's is less than a 10 minute walk.
“Sarah’s home was an absolute delight. The home is very well accessorized and the location could not be better. Very roomy for a 1- bedroom. Sarah was very attentive and always available. I would love to visit again!”
Rustic artist's loft 1/4 of a mile to Jitney, train, town, and Topping Rose House. This space is right off of the railroad tracks, so if you are sensitive to noise, I wouldn't suggest it. I would suggest this quaint and private loft to guests who are looking for a safe and clean retreat from the city that is centrally located. There is a private outdoor area outside your loft with a table and chairs. You can get a barbecue if you would like. Inside there is a full size refrigerator!
“Loretta is super hospitable and a terrific host”
