Lakeside Indulgent lodge 8 berth, Hottub & ramp

Privately owned Lakeside Lodge with fantastic views across Water Ski Lake. All self-catering needs are met. Bed linen & bathing towels are provided. Sun all day long on the decking. Up to 2 dogs are allowed. According to park rules, lead guests must be 21 years of age or older. As we are privately owned, you are not forced to buy the park's entertainment passes, although we can obtain them for you at cost price from the park. The pretty village of Kirkby on Bain is just 600 yards away. The Ebbington Arms is a wonderful public house which is well renowned for its excellent food. The Edwardian inland resort of Woodhall Spa is just 4 miles away here you find fantastic restaurants, shops and wonderful walks.

Caravan by the beach

The caravan is in a quiet location 100 meters from the beach. There is WIFI in the caravan. In the living room you are welcome to use free view, Netflix, PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii, DVD Player. There is a dining arena with a table seating 4, and a well equipt kitchen area. Our caravan has 2 bedrooms. A master bedroom with lots off warderobe space and a twin room with 2 beds that can be made into a small double if needed. There is a shower room and toilet. Beddig is provided.

Lovely rural escape

New for 2021 we have our converted shipping container lodge. Perfect for this years holiday as it is completely self contained in the middle of fields. This is a 4 person lodge, (suitable for 2 adults and small 2 children as the sofa bed is small double bed) benefiting from its own open plan kitchen/dining area, bathroom and double bedroom. Also own hot tub. Please note the garden of the lodge backs straight onto horses fields which there may be horses in during your stay
