Townhome holiday rentals in East Macedonia and Thrace

Güzel iki gece geçirdik, Eva çok misafirperver ve tavsiyeleriyle tatilimizi kolaylaştırdı.Ev gayet temizdi, otopark sorunu yok evin önüne park ettik arabamızı. Dedeağaç merkeze araba ile 6-7 dakika, beachlere de çok yakın. Eva’nın tavsiye ettiği beach ve restoranlara gittik, ayrıca giderken kapımıza bıraktığı küçük hediye için de teşekkürler.Tekrar gözüm kapalı tercih ederim.

A very friendly family. The house is absolutely functional, with a beautiful yard and surroundings. Everything is very clean, we felt at home. See you again! :)

Great place, really well located! The hosts are very friendly and waited for our arrival, and gave us recommendations. The shared spaces were nice because we got to meet other friendly travellers and chat with them. The house is beautiful, and we loved staying here for 3 nights. I'll happily come back here

Η διαμονή μας ήταν άψογη. Πολύ εξυπηρετικοι, φιλόξενοι και βοηθητικοί σε όλα οι οικοδεσπότες, μας εξήγησαν αναλυτικά ότι απορία είχαμε. Το σπίτι αξίζει να το επισκεφτείς, αρχοντικό, πεντακάθαρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, πολύ βολικό και άνετο. Έχει μια υπέροχη βεράντα, με αυλή καταπράσινη μέσα στα δέντρα!!το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα... Πολύ καλή και η τοποθεσία καθώς μπορείς να συνδυάσεις και βουνό και θάλασσα γιατί το χωριό βρίσκεται σε σημείο που μπορείς να έχεις πρόσβαση σε όποιο μερος θες στην Χαλκιδική!!

Everything was good and like in the description. It was a little bit of a hassle findig parking in front of the house but managed to find something nearby. Overall it was pretty good and the house/apartmant it was bigger than i expected.👍

Une maison authentique en plein cœur du village charmant de Panagia. Lieu idéal pour se reposer quelques jours à l’écart des zones touristiques de bord de mer. Plage de Golden Beach à 10 mn en voiture. Et des hôtes locaux très accueillants. Une très belle expérience.

Very nice 2 nights-stay in this apartment in the beautiful old town of Kavala. It was easy to share bathroom and kitchen with other people. I took advantage of good wifi connection and sea view from balcony to telework (to note that in the room where I was staying, there is no direct light coming in, as the window goes on a small courtyard). Host very nice and caring, I recommend!

A great accommodation in the beautiful old town and the host is always there to help. She is kind and brought us some red eggs on Easter day. The room was cozy and have a small fridge and there is also a shared kitchen. There are also two shared bathrooms and the space is clean, but be aware that the power is generated from solar panels and if there are some cloudy days you need to ask the host for the warm water. If you are coming by car there is no parking spot near the accommodation because only residents can park in the old town but you can let your luggages in the room and then park somewhere in the town

Except that the photos does not show the road between the house and the rocky shores nearby, the place was just as described. In fact I am glad that the road was not shown because I may not have choosen this house with beautiful view to Aliki bay. Despite we spend a full week in high season, we did not have even a slight road noise or whatsoever. House was very friendly and always helpful when needed. There are many beautiful spots for swimming at walking distance in Aliki bay. Deserve the price? Almost…. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετικο. Κλείστηκε για φιλοξενία αγαπημένων προσώπων και μας έβγαλε ασπροπρόσωπους. Παρέχει τα πάντα. Οι φωτογραφίες αν και πολύ όμορφες το αδικούν. Η τοποθεσία ιδανική για ξεκουραση και ένα βήμα από την Παλιά Πόλη και τα φαγάδικα, δίπλα στον Κοσυνθο. Η Ξανθη απλώνεται κάτω από τα μπαλκόνια ενώ δίπλα υπάρχει ένα πεντακάθαρο πάρκο. Όλα πεντακάθαρα, περιποιημένα και ακόμα και τα προϊόντα στο μπάνιο επώνυμα. Θελήσαμε να παρατείνουμε την διαμονη αλλά δυστυχώς ήταν κλεισμένο για όλη την άλλη εβδομάδα Συγχαρητήρια και ευχαριστούμε.👌

Just 15' walk from the center of Drama, it is a great option for a cozy home. It is fully equipped with everything you could need and the host is always eager to help with anything extra. Clean, warm and in a quiet and safe location. Would definitely stay again.

The place was clean peaceful and had everything you need like washing machine, stoves, air conditioner, only there was no wifi but still that's why you are on vacation to escape from everyday life. there is a great tavern nearby that offers great food and hows as well.
