Beautiful property, and was very easy to find everything. The bathrooms were very clean, and the breakfast was very good too! Will definitely stay again, and tell my friends to do so as well if they're in the area!

Absolutely loved my stay at Catherine's apartment. The location could not have been more perfect, very much love the Germantown area. Within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and coffee shops and a short ride or nice walk to Broadway and all the action. The apartment was beautiful and very peaceful - loved the private deck. Catherine is an excellent and very responsive host and I will definitely look to stay here again. Highly recommend as someone who comes to Nashville quite often.

Escaped inclement weather for Sean’s haven in Middle TN. Sean graciously accommodated us on short notice, allowing us to check in early due to the weather. Our escape trip quickly turned into quite the reprieve and overnight vacation. A beautiful “backyard” with trees lining the open field, a small river beyond the trees against a mountainous backdrop. Our lab enjoyed the spaciousness as much as we did and his new canine friends belonging to the hosts. The basement apt is well appointed to surpass the expectations of the most particular of guests (hint: me). The accommodations are farmhouse style, spotless, and most comfortable, including the beds and linens. We all slept great! Sean clearly doesn’t “need” to share his estate, but some people just love sharing their joys with others! We wouldn’t have changed a thing! Sean is a delightful mix of clearly thorough and detailed-oriented, as evidenced by the useful tips and anticipating all requests, yet open, warm and welcoming! 5⭐

We had a wonderful stay at Tamya’s place! We were so impressed by how clean, cozy, and well-prepared everything was. The space felt safe and welcoming, and she clearly put thought into the little details and amenities that made our visit extra comfortable. Tamya was responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a great stay — we’re confident she’ll be a fantastic host to many more guests

this place and Dane were AMAZING! Best place I've ever stayed through Air BnB!! Dane was very responsive and johnny on the spot if anything happened. the beds in every room were amazingly comfortable and the esthetic was just wonderful! (Just missing a pizza cutter...😉) thank you so much!

Great place to stay for our fun-filled (4) days! We had (2) couples and (3) singles with plenty of room for everyone!!! There were 2 - 3 conversation places so everyone could visit and relax. Additionally, the kitchenware and towels were first rate!!! Publix delivered and Uber was no problem to get to Broadway and Opryland. We would definitely go back and stay here- Thank you Adam

Highly recommend staying here! The place was fantastic and easily accommodated a large group. Everything is really new. The host Kayo is very thoughtful and provides makeup remover wipes and other toiletries for your stay. Be careful leaning forward in the dining room chairs, how they are designed is easy to fall forward. Close to many spots in Nashville and the airport! Kayo is very accommodating, he was able to let us check in early which was very helpful! I would stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Tynan’s home in Nashville! The house was absolutely beautiful and had a warm, intimate feel while offering tons of space perfect for our group. With 6 beds and an extra air mattress available, it comfortably fit all of us. Tynan was an amazing host, his communication was clear, quick, and super helpful. He went above and beyond by accommodating our needs and even allowing a late check-out, which we really appreciated. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the city skyline from the back porch, it made for a perfect hangout spot. Overall, I’d absolutely book with Tynan again. Thank you for being such a great host!

We went to Nashville for a wedding and had an awesome time playing pool and enjoying the 70’s boot house! The decorations were amazing to look at you found something new the longer you looked around!

We had a great stay! The place is exactly like the pictures and perfect for a big bachelorette group. We were close to the down town area. The hosts were very responsive.

Rebecca was super friendly and very gracious with our arrival and departure times. We got started and informed her that we would be arriving later in the evening and she said 'No worries, drive safe and we're here along with Nashville, to welcome you upon your arrival! She offered suggestions for us if we would have needed any, noting we were here for our 34th anniversary😊 The place was very nice, cold and warm. There was enough kitchen utensils, appliances to cook, bake, microwave with and even a coffee pot with a few k-pods to choose from upon arrival. The gym was nice, simple and available anytime. The laundry was cash or card, 2.00 a load to wash and 2.00 to dry, plenty available for use. The pool was super nice. We read that the pool would be open in May, so we never ventured there until we stumbled upon it during one of our walks. This encouraged us to stay another day! After reaching out to Rebecca, she had us back to relaxing and enjoying our vacation within minutes.

Beautiful apartment located close to downtown in a nice area. Listing was accurate and we loved our stay. Being able to sit on the balcony watching the sunrise was a hidden treat. We would definitely return! Thank you!

Rebecca’s place was just as described in the listing. The covered parking was an added bonus. We didn’t get to go when the pool was open but did check out the gym. The room seemed to be undergoing some sort of rehab and could have used mirrors but this is by no means a reflection of Rebecca or the condo. Great location on the Cumberland River that was convenient to everything Nashville had to offer. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This was our second time staying here. We absolutely LOVE this location. Right on the Greenway, and we actually ventured off a little bit and ended up walking around the adorable Germantown streets. The scooters outside the complex to rent are so fun to take down to Broadway- maybe a 10-15 ride. Love being close enough to easily get down there, but far enough way to enjoy the quiet on the river.

Rebecca was communicative and provided great instructions for the stay. Her rental was in great shape and exactly like the pictures. The heat/air worked well, the view of the river was exceptional, the kitchen was stocked w Keurig cups and creamer, and the place was very clean.

Rebecca’s place was everything we needed for our Nashville stay. Germantown is lovely and walkable, downtown and the Gulch were an easy uber or longer walk. He place was very clean and the view was beautiful!
