Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

Walking distance to bars and eateries. 5 minutes to more cute shops and restaurants and 12 minutes to downtown! Backyard is fully fenced (6 foot) for convenience with dogs. Easy access from parking area, via back deck, 3 steps up with hand rail - front door is also accessible, but does not have self entry.
