It is ideally situated for guests to enjoy the many attractions of this historic city, including the Unesco World Heritage site of Durham Cathedral and Castle, Durham University Museums and Gardens, riverside walks and an abundance of eateries. Rose cottage offers guests stylish, comfortable accommodation with quality furnishings, a small furnished courtyard and complimentary guest parking.

The Crescent is a modern semi-detached home with two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, situated in the peaceful village of Witton Gilbert The property is a short distance from Durham of which possesses lovely restaurants and a buzzing night life. Located in a beautiful fishing village, just a few minute walk to a stunning coastline and beaches, the village has great restaurants, cafe, Blues micro pub and a friendly pub ‘the jolly sailor’. 5 minute walk to Latimers fish restaurant, then further along the road is seaburn with plenty bars and restaurants, a stunning beach. There is buses from the village to Sunderland and South Shields. Why not walk along the stunning coastal path to South Shields or over cleadon hills with stunning views.
