Holiday rentals with a fire pit in East Riding of Yorkshire

We had the best time staying at Claire’s place. She was brilliant from initial booking to checking in, the house felt like home. Very cosy and had everything you could possibly need for 14 adults. Will 100% be returning!

We had a 3 night stay as 2 families with small children. House was great, big space, great outdoor areas. The venue is clearly geared towards large parties, stag or hen perhaps which it is perfect for. For us as a young family it was a great base to use whilst exploring nearby York. Plenty to keep children entertained at the house. A great stay for our getaway

This was our second stay at Claudia's House and has been perfect for our family get together. The house is so clean, warm and welcoming and we love the extra touches eg putting up a Christmas tree which made it extra special. (we all loved the hot chocolate and coffee machines too!!) would highly recommend.

Had a great stay at Dionne’s house with extended family over Easter weekend.the house is in a very quiet and peaceful village within easy driving distance of York (We used the park and ride as advised). The house is very spacious there were 5 of us (plus our 4 legged friend) and the house would easily accommodate plenty more! The photos don’t really show how much room there is to enjoy. The outside area is very nice and I’m sure we would have spent more time outside if the weather had been a little warmer. Thanks for a great stay!

Fab cozy cottage for 2 couples Great location with pub and deli place for breakfast and lunch in two second walk . Both venues dog friendly and warm welcome to village by all . Book a taxi in advance for York but uber home . Hot tub / small terraced garden lovely sun trap and peaceful. Adam very helpful and cottage oozes charm with everything you could possibly need provided . The welcome cakes were to die for and even a pint of milk in fridge . Great service !

Just arrived home after a wonderful Easter Break at the Green House. The photos don’t do this place justice! The attention to detail is there throughout! Thanks so much for a very comfortable stay!

Thank you for another excellent stay. This time we got to benefit from the coastal walks and open space straight out the back gate. Julie was a great help when my lad accidentally set off the house alarm. Within 15 minutes the alarm stopped and our day was saved as we had tickets booked! Brilliant hosting and was attentive that all our expectations were met through the break. Highly recommended and will come again if Julie will have us 🙂

Great place to stay - good access to the centre of York and lots of place to eat and drink near by.

It’s just what it says in the description. Photos are accurate. It’s warm and clean and the bed is ok. Make sure you take food with you. There is a small shop but it doesn’t stock much. Good for the price.

Sue was a lovely host. She gave us local recommendations and helped us to check in. The apartment is a great slice of home in a beautiful surround.

We had a very relaxing stay.

Loved our stay, it was exactly how it was described. we especially loved the gazebo with bath, fire pit and TV and spent most of our time in there especially in the evening. we came home totally relaxed and would definitely stay again

A lovely, cosy lodge which had everything we needed. The hot tub and private garden space made it a relaxing getaway.

Amazing break away. Peaceful setting, stunning views. A great place to switch off and relax. Nick was a great host from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend the breakfast box.

Beautiful little lodge, so so homely and peaceful!! Loved the wood fired hot tub and then coming in to light the log burner! Lovely little area with lovely walks nearby and not far to the beaches etc!! Would highly recommend

Fantastic place to relax and unwind after four days cycling the Transpennine Trail. Alan and Lizzie are such welcoming hosts and the accommodation itself is unique, beautiful and incredibly clean and comfortable. It seems that every aspect has been considered and well thought out. I only wish I had stayed longer now and without doubt we want to return and use this as a base to explore the area in the future. Top class.

Peter's place was spotless! he is an awesome host and even helped us set up a barbecue. the place is exactly as advertised and we loved the vibes!
