This listing is for one bell tent on our lovely glampsite. 7 available fully furnished and offer shared mains toilets and hot showers. Washing up area and a camping stove and kettle (communal). A lovely public footpath joins the site - it is rather hilly so be prepared!! Sleeps 4/6. Double beds and 2 x single airbeds in each tent. communal bbq and fire pit area. 2 pubs serving food 2 minute drive. Beaches ten minute drive Hastings and Rye close by. Sandy beaches of camber 25 mins.

Our beautiful Luxury King-Sized Bed Water Vole Bell Tent is situated in a tranquil location, surrounded by traditional wildflower meadows and ancient woodland. There's plenty to help you unwind in private including a heated swimming pool, gardens and a large barn for entertainment. The tent is comfortable for two adults and two children (2-12) and an infant under 2 years old. Please get in touch before booking if you have more than two adults as it would be an extremely snug stay.

Tibbs Farm: The Gala Getaway

Tibbs Farm, one of three 5m Bell tents set within the heart of our working farm in our old apple orchard. Our picturesque farm to fork cafe is a 10 minute walk from the tents, with hearty breakfasts, tasty lunches, good coffee and homemade cakes waiting. With mains drinking water, private off grid WC and a rustic heated outside shower block. Please note towels are not provided. Our tents are available during the summer period. Please note: we are a working farm with livestock.

This beautiful bell tent set in the heart of 1066 Country offers a quiet setting under the most amazing big sky that's filled with stars. Each tent is fitted with fairy lights and bunting decoration and folding chairs. The small copse offers shady spots or, if you bring the children somewhere for them to play. There's a camp kitchen with gas ring and kettle for you to make your tea of coffee. Also available to order firepits, logs, bbq, charcoal and breakfast hampers.

We are a smallholding with alpacas, sheep, chickens, rheas, ponies, dogs and cats! We are very close to Uckfield, with lots of charity shops for bargain hunters, and coffee shops for those who like to relax. There are two supermarkets, restaurants and take aways. The coast is only a 40 minute drive away by car. Brighton and Tunbridge Wells are on a bus route from the village, (29a). Winnie-the-Pooh and friends are close by on Ashdown Forest if you look carefully.
