Woodlands Annexe is a cosy self contained studio apartment. It has a free off road dedicated parking space, its own outside decked seating area and a fully equipped kitchenette. It’s an 8 to 10 minute walk to the nearest shops and a 5 minute drive to the town centre and the beach. There is a large screen tv with Netflix, electric heaters, a throw & hot water bottle for when it’s chilly and a ceiling fan for warm summer nights.
