Holiday rentals with a patio in East Wittering Beach

We had a wonderful stay at driftwood: a great location adjacent to the beach; within walking distance to a wonderful pub (the Lifeboat Inn) and right next to a bus stop with a regular service to Chichester. We spent a couple of days cycling around Selsey, exploring the surrounding area and the location was perfect for our needs, providing a comfortable, secure and tranquil retreat for us at the end of the day. Nick was a great host, who was attentive when we needed it, and left us some basic provisions to get us started, which was very much appreciated. We will come again!!

Monika was a brilliant host, the house was as described and very clean and well appointed. Excellent location for public transport and many excellent eateries to choose from. We stayed for two weeks and felt very at home.

A hidden gem. This was the perfect spot for exploring the nature reserves and beaches nearby. It was clean, the beds were comfy and the kitchen was tiny but remarkably well kitted out. We will definitely be back.

I rather loved my stay here in Southsea, opposite Ravelin Park, and close to so many attractions. Portsmouth Museum is just across the road, the seaside about 10 mins walk, the Historic Dockyard and gunwharf not much further. The apartment itself had all facilities and appliances anyone might want. It was clean, warm and fairly quiet, considering the busy traffic. The wifi, telly worked fine. I prefer the lockbox for the key too. All in all, quite perfect. I would happily stay there again.

This was our second stay here. It is perfect in every way. The Old Exchange is lovely. Spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Joanne goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and is a great host. We particularly appreciated the food and drink items that were left for us. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

We had an excellent stay at Jonathan's place in Petworth over a couple of nights for my wife's birthday. Jonathan was very friendly and extremely responsive and sorted us out with some great local recommendations. The house is in a perfect location in the centre of petworth within walking distance of the restaurants, pubs and shops. We couldn't really fault anything about our choice to stay at Jonathan's. If you are thinking about starting an Airbnb, Mary’s place is a great example of how to do things right. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and to be honest I wouldn’t change a thing. Mary was pro-active, friendly and helpful and gave me clear instructions as to how to access the place, where to park etc. I have already booked for later this year and will find myself in the same area next year; I will be back!

seaview is a beautiful and peaceful area. the house was immaculate and as described. beds comfy although pillows could have been better. would not hesitate to stay again!

Excellent property. This house is very spacious, has great facilities and would also be ideal for someone with limited mobility. There is a large back garden and patio area that is very private and surrounded by trees.

Many thanks to Andrew for being a great host. We loved the accommodation and the location is perfect for the beach and walkable to the local shops and in a lovely area. The house is extremely well provisioned with everything you could need thought of. The pool table was great fun and the WiFi and smart TV made for nice relaxed evenings. We did not try the wood burner but the heating was so effective with clear instructions. the local beach is beautiful and clean and can be reached in about 5 mins walk. a perfect place for a mini break.

Such a beautiful & stylish seaside bolthole - with the sea at the end of the garden - we had a peaceful, revitalising early spring weekend. Designated an area of outstanding natural beauty, the immediate stretch of beach was enviably tranquil. Inside, all tastefully high spec but we still felt so at home. Three double bedrooms with sea views, en suites & each with their own outside space - plus a huge lawn, sundeck with sail shades/BBQ/firepit, a sunny balcony to watch boats flitting past, and a large second terrace to chase the sun, this stunning upside-down gem was perfect for 3 couples. Plenty of space, all you could need to cook/entertain, plus a gorgeous kiddie snug with games, separate tv & snoozy sofa. Kitchen very well equipped - cooking whilst watching the sun rise and set was a highlight. The service was seamless, professional & helpful. If you want total switch-off, peace and quiet, this little enclave is the perfect escape & just over an hour down the A3 from London.

The flat was very clean and had everything we needed to make our 4 week last-minute stay nice and easy. Lukman was very helpful and communicative to anything we needed (not that we needed anything!). The flat was very clean and a great place to be for working and relaxing. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend and stay again!

What an amazing place to stay. The apartment was ultra clean and cosy with everything you could possibly need provided. This was our first Airbnb stay and I think that this has set the bar really high!

One of the best AirBnBs we've stayed at. The apartment is stunning; well-designed, high spec, comfortable, immaculately clean. The area is nice, and it's an easy walk into the city centre. Very high standard, I wish all AirBnBs were like this.
