The studio has its own entrance, ensuite bathroom (shower and toilet) There is a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, kettle opening on to a tiny patio. It’s a 20 min walk to beautiful medieval pubs, church and restaurants of Old Town and a 10 min drive to the seafront (or 40 min walk), shops and town centre. 10 min in the other direction takes you to the South Downs National Park.
