You're steps away from acclaimed restaurants, shops, cafes, speakeasies, breweries & distilleries & 1/2 mile to downtown. Exposed walls & ceiling beams, Moroccan rugs, 1970s weavings and mid century furniture make it a chic oasis in a bustling city.

The Midtown “Look Out”

Hello! Our home is an 1890 Victorian mansion, lovingly renovated! This build was completed by a team of local craftspeople and myself. This space is has much of its original character preserved. Located in the heart of Midtown just blocks from 20+ bars and restaurants, DMC, Shinola, Wayne State, + Little Caesars Arena. The space is designed with leisure stays in mind but also capable of accommodating business travelers comfortably. Just opened in 2023 Coffee+Cocktails downstairs 8AM-11PM!

Sky Carriage House: Light, Bright, Corktown Escape

You'll be staying in our newly constructed carriage house at the back of our property in the heart of Corktown - Detroit's oldest historic neighborhood. This private dwelling is accessed from the back alley entrance and offers high ceilings and a panoramic view of downtown and the surrounding neighborhood. The unit features 1 bedroom/1 bath, living, dining, laundry and a full kitchen. In warmer months a small cafe seating area is situated on the spanish rock drive along the green alley.

One block east of the new Qline that can take you from downtown to new center. Enjoy the beautiful view of the city skyline outside every window. The Lavender House

Come relax at the Lavender House's upper flat! The space is overflowing with old world charm, hardwood floors, stained glass, and a large balcony facing downtown Detroit. The house was built in 1900. It is nestled next to an ambling flower garden and wooded area, with ample space for outdoor hangs. There is a fire pit and playscape for the little ones. We are just 2 miles from downtown so you can enjoy what the city has to offer, then unwind in this lovely urban countryside.
