Hotel holiday rentals in Eastern Oregon

The culture here is great. Friendly staff and guests during my stay. My favorite of US hostels so far. Their backyard food truck garden is awesome on its own (recommend the pizza), but pairing it with the hostel makes it convenient and fun. This is a social hostel in an old house; you will hear noise and activity. There are events and people stay up late. Quiet hours are enforced about as well as visiting hours in a maternity ward (I.e. they are not). If that doesn’t appeal to you, stay in one of the many other motels or hotels in Bend. This is a good hostel. Some notes: there is only one bathroom on the second floor and a lot of rooms. However, there is a bathroom downstairs and an outbuilding with a bathroom and showers. Room was clean and as advertised. Good location, nice neighborhood.

Very cute and quirky place to stay. Perfect location with a great coffee spot around the corner, minutes to downtown. Loved hanging out in the living room and meeting the other guests. Brought a Dohm sound machine and didn’t hear the music venue noise at all. The house is a total gem.

This executive apartment, while technically a shared space under the same room, has the look and feel of a completely separate and private retreat. It is like being in a separate wing in a luxurious villa. The owner has provided private entry, porch and outdoor grilling areas for this apartment. Designed by an architect who had a great understanding of the impact of beautiful wood doors and windows, the enormous bathroom with water closet toilet, and walk-in closet was amazing! When you open the windows, a perfect view of the Central Oregon mountains was immediately visible. The apartment kitchen is well appointed and equipped. My perfect stay was only for a month, I would return again in a heartbeat!

Very easy self check in process. We liked that the Terrace Room is separate with its own entry around the side of the building. While we did not encounter the innkeeper or staff, response was timely by text message. One suggestion... a surprise weather advisory and overnight snow (in April) happened during our stay. I had asked to see if we can borrow a scraper to get the snow and ice off our car, but was told the inn didn't have any. But luckily the snow was easy to get off and there was no ice on the windshield so everything worked out. Would suggest the inn keeps a few tools around to help with such unexpected occurrence.

The room is private and as described! Lot of stuff happening around the house all the time but that is expected at an hostel! Fun people! I wish I had a few more days at this place and Bend! But I was super tired from travel so I wasn't able to enjoy the experience fully... Maybe next time!

Host worked with us for a late check in and was very friendly. Gave us local recommendations to check out in the area. The place had other guests and the vibe was chill, friendly, and respectful. The amenities and vibe seem really cool even though we got in late and food and drinks were closed. It is an old home so floor boards creaked, water pressure wasn’t the best in the shower, couldn’t get the bathroom light to turn on, and the temp was a bit cold then warm in our room. There was a heater in the room we used. Shower had a large bottle of dial liquid soap to wash with. Overall it was a cool experience. Sauna was great!

I can’t really agree with a hostel room being on air bnb…. But it’s a really great establishment - very cool people. I’ve been to hundreds of hostels and this one rates very high!!!!

This place is a hidden gem! Gorgeous property with sweeping views. The RV has everything you need. Very private and cozy. Jennifer and Martin are exceptional hosts. Highly recommend!

We loved the uniqueness of the yurts. The staff was amazing! The entire surroundings were peaceful and beautiful…just what the doctor ordered. We definitely will be back. Thanks again for an amazing weekend :)

The Lyle Hotel made for the perfect couple’s weekend getaway! It’s a beautifully restored hotel with modern amenities in a gorgeous setting. Comfortable beds. New HVAC. Old timey charm. High ceilings. Great outdoor seating area protected from the wind. 15 minutes or fewer to drive to my personal favorite hiking spot (Crawford Oaks Trailhead) or restaurants in Bingen/White Salmon. The owners were on site giving the place some TLC for part of our stay and were very friendly. We felt right at home and can’t wait to come back!

Was exactly as advertised. Super responsive hosts and easy check-in. Perfect location for our trip.
