Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Eastern Thailand

I’ve stayed in a few units at the edge and this was the best so far. The apartment was perfect and the only thing that can be annoying is how busy the elevators can get at peak times

5 stars – Highly recommended! The apartment on the 27th floor was fantastic: modern, very clean, and with an amazing view over Pattaya. The location is super central – restaurants, cafés, and nightlife are all within walking distance. Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was friendly and efficient. Perfect for anyone who wants to stay in style and be right in the heart of the city. I’d definitely stay here again!

While it is a fairly small apartment it is homely, generously equipped and supplied with everything you need. Location was central and as described with everything on hand. Communication was great and WiFi appliances, tv etc first class…… well done!

This condo is the best I have lived in s o far and I will probably come back soon. Everything is perfect from toiletries to cooking utensils to toilet roll to towels. Julie already foreseen what a tenant wants. The location of the property is perfect with lots of restaurants and shopping. It’s just a short walk from the beach 🏖️. I recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Pattaya!!

Really nice apartment, close to many attractions in Pattaya. The view is fantastic from the rooftop, that has a gym and pools. The location is very desirable and one needs to go past security post and need to have an access card to the building to get into any of the floors and only my floor and the community floors were available with the key card. No one without an access card can get into your specific floor, provided for good security. A couple of things to keep in mind, the entire building seems to be very short term rentals, so there is a lot of moving in/out of the building at all times. Also, at times it can take 8-10 minutes to get down to the lobby due to the lack of availability of elevators or being too full, especially at the higher floors. I would stay here again, no question.

This is a apartment with two bedrooms. Both beds are big and clean. everything is comfortable. I especially want to mention the warmness of the management staff, They are very helpful and very nice.

The places where the main things to see or do are located There is a little distance, but the accommodation is good for the price and the quick response from the host was solved without any problems.

I got really good memory in this place. very clean and peaceful. There are everything to stay. The host was fantastic. Because she had deep consideration and hospitality. If I travel to here I will stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this pet-friendly house! The facilities were fantastic, and we truly enjoyed the comfort and convenience of the space. The host was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Plus, the local markets were only a 3-5 km drive away, making it easy to pick up supplies. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with their furry friend with group of 10 peoples!

Jenny’s place is extremely spacious. Lots of bathrooms, plenty of space, smoking area, private parking. It’s also a heaven for stair lovers😉. Jenny has been of great help - replying instantly and yummy breakfasts that were delivered to us each morning made us feel very welcomed. Thank you Jenny. Wishing you all the best.

Great place for holiday

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and well-maintained, with a cleaning service provided every couple of days, which kept everything in top condition. The environment was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. One thing to note is that they do charge an additional fee for electricity usage average $20 a day, so be sure to factor that into your budget. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable and tranquil stay.

This place was perfect for unwinding at the end of our trip. All of our expectations were met and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Absolutely loved staying a month here! Beautiful facilities, easy to walk to most places! Excellent pools! Loved the sunset every night! The cafe and little store on the grounds were very nice! The shower had great pressure! All kitchen items needed for a long stay! Definitely would stay again!! The laundry and water on the 5th floor was very convenient!!

The place is very beautiful and right on the cover. The owner of the room is lovely. Any questions can be answered. Very good and quick to give advice.

The cleanest apartment I've ever stayed in Thailand! Moreover the additional things such as soap, gels, additional sets of towels, neatly arranged dishes in the kitchen. Hihly recommended!

better than the photo, trust me. the sea view and the swimming pool is good. the gym is ok. a lot to use. the location is best for vacation, quiet in the evening and a lot of good food and convenience store here.
