Cozy little cottage on fantastic natural grounds located with good views on top of a hill up in the treetops. Located within walking distance of Ebeltoft's cobblestone streets with shops, cafes and restaurants (1 km) as well as right up to the forest, golf course and mountain bike trails. There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

Beaches are on all sides of Ebeltoft There is plenty of space for games and fun, an evening in front of the fireplace, long walks, lots of activities and delicious dining places in Ebeltoft for all ages. You get the whole house to yourself, so throw yourself on the sofa, the hammock and take a dinner nap, smile at the cute squirrels in the backyard, serve a delicious lunch, or read your book in front of the fireplace overlooking the forest.

Classic, authentic cottage within walking distance of water

A vacation in our cozy, authentic cottage is pure comfort. The house is 60 sqm (best suited for a single family) and contains an atmospheric living room with a heat pump and a wood-burning stove. In connection with the living room is a new kitchen from 2022. The house's sleeping accommodations are divided into a room with a double bed, a room with bunk beds - most suitable for children. The last sleeping accommodations are in the newly decorated annex and consist of two double beds. Please note that the house is of an older date, which has been continuously renovated.

In the middle of Mols Bjerge National Park with access to a myriad of hikes, right outside the door. The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

The apartment is atmospheric with timber-framed, ceiling beams (height 1.85m) - and with cozy and personal decor. 5 min. walk to the beach.

You will find the mattress for the double bed stored in the cabins under the beds.

New private cottage from 2018 with a beautiful view and location, which we rent out, if you will take care of it :) Everything is bright and welcoming. The house is really nicely located on the plot with a fantastic view over the passage of the seasons in Mols Bjerge. There is a large kitchen/living room and living room with wood-burning stove, bathroom and three nice rooms with bunk or double beds. There is a large terrace to the south and west around the house.
