There are opportunities for canoeing and kayaking, fishing, hiking, exciting mountain biking, racing bikes. At the residence, there is equipment for washing bicycles and indoor storage of the same.

There is a kitchen with all the equipment (note: mini oven) Bathroom with toilet and shower. Living room with a loft for a nap and a large sofa. Exit to garden with dining area. Room for a dog, but not on furniture and beds.

All the way in-between the two houses you have forest and nature all around you! A perfect place for those seeking peace and quiet immerse yourself in nature's grand playground.

The house is only a 10-minute bike ride from Aarhus city center and yet you don't feel like you are in the city. Start the day with a dip or head down to the local bakery. The suburb of Risskov has a nice shopping, cafe and restaurant environment where you can find everything your heart desires. The nearby town of Ebeltoft is also a must, with its 15th & 16th century buildings and small boutique shops.

From the upper floor there is a fantastic view to the east over the sea / west over fields. 150 meters to the nearest shopping during the summer period. In Odder, which is 5 km away, there is a large variety of shopping. The beach can be reached in only a few minutes walk. (300 m)
