Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Ebensee

Our goal was to get out of the city into nature and enjoy a peaceful weekend with a group of six people. For this purpose, David's place was just perfect. The property as well as the house are beautiful and cozy, and we felt at home right away. It was exactly what we were looking for, right in the nature. Beyond that, there are amazing hiking possibilities starting right from the house. Parking for two cars was no issue. The check-in and check-out went flawless. And David was always responsive if we needed anything. I'm sure we'll visit again, whenever we're looking for such an experience again.

We had a wonderful Christmas time in Scheffau and spent our 2024 celebration in this fantastic, idyllic cottage. Bernhard and his family were very friendly and even set up a lovingly decorated Christmas tree for us! On New Year's Eve, they provided us with a fire pit. The house was clean and well maintained, with authentic décor and stunning mountain views. The small stream next door provided a relaxing atmosphere. The ski and toboggan areas are just a stone's throw away, which our children enjoyed immensely! A highlight was the swimming pool with sauna area, only 15 minutes away, ideal for relaxing after a day in the snow. Bernhard also gave us many tips for excursions that enriched our stay. Overall it was a perfect family vacation and we highly recommend this vacation home! We look forward to our next visit!

Superb housing in a very convenient location, with an incredible view of the mountains. The house was spotless, perfectly prepared when we arrived, and very well maintained. Everything was in line with the description. Communication with Julian was very smooth and efficient; everybody was very helpful. We can only recommend it.

The house is amazing to spend a couple of days with your family or a couple of friends. It really has everything we needed and wished for. It’s beautiful. As is the surrounding. Amazing hosts, too, very kind.

We felt very comfortable in the house, the equipment is very good. The heating with the wood stove worked out very well and in addition there are infrared panels in the bathroom and bedroom, which is very pleasant. We also enjoyed the surroundings very much, there are many hiking routes for every level. Communication with Anita and Mathias was very kind and informative. We will be happy to come back.

From the very beginning, communication was warm and straightforward – you felt immediately welcome. The house itself surpasses the already beautiful pictures: furnished with a lot of love for detail, fully equipped and with a breathtaking view and a fantastic garden. Everything was perfect – a place to arrive, breathe and feel good. We will be happy to come back!

As a family of 5 this was a great place to stay. Plenty of room for all of us! Conny was a great host - really quick responsiveness to messages. She was there to greet us as soon as we arrived, and showed us everything in the house. It was absolutely spotless! Our children loved the sandpit and slide, as well as the piano! It was a beautiful property and location, so peaceful. Our children particularly loved watching the family of sheep and lambs! The bus stop (to go into the centre of Salzburg) was a 10 minute walk and buses run regularly. We hired a car (after flying into Munich) and had lots to do from the doorstep with the use of a car. There is a supermarket just 3 minutes from the house too which is super convenient. We would definitely stay here again - no one really wanted to leave!

Great big apartment with all the comforts. New and modern in very tasteful style. Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, large terrace and a nice sauna that is shared (booked) with the other apartments. Very good location with about 500 meters to the Planai West cabin lift. All ski equipment could be in storage locker by the lift. Got a lot of tips from Werner before arrival and Werner is a very nice host with good service. The apartment fits well with the nice pictures. An amazing place to stay! We recommend this apartment and will be happy to come again.

We loved staying with Claudia and Christian. The flat is spacious and neat and located in a dreamy locations in the mountains. We got to pet and feed the animals and Claudia helped us with our itinerary and activities.

We stayed at Johanna’s place while racing and it was the perfect calm environment we needed to reset between events. The space was clean, well thought out and overall amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at Tabea’s place. It was the perfect setting for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with great views. We enjoyed sitting outside the house in front of the mountain and lake. The apartment itself provided everything we needed. It’s very modern and well decorated. Tabea and team put a lot of thoughts into making their guests feel comfortable and at home. There were fresh flowers in every room, candles and fragrance, and free snacks and drinks. It felt very luxurious and I was surprised given they were charging a very fair price. Tabea also provided a list of recommended places to visit. We went to around 5 of them- very good recommendations indeed! The location of the apartment makes it very easy to get to all the places we wanted to visits. Overall, highly recommend this place for anyone looking to visit this area!

We had a very nice and pleasant stay at the property. The place was nicely equipped and had a lovely location with garden. The ski slopes of Flachau can be reached within 15 minutes by car. Since we came with two cars, we also had two front door keys + garage keys available. We will be happy to come back!

Great place with beautiful view at the mountain . Good place to stay for your holiday with nearby lake . Clean space . Sabine and her husband are really friendly . Sabine also very responsive and helpful for anything i asked her. Very good host .

We were there the first week with 2 people and 2 dogs. The location is quiet and there are nice walking trails for the dogs. The apartment was great to reach. Parking is right on site. A nice, clean and well-maintained apartment with proper basic equipment in the kitchen. It's all functional and clean. A place to feel good and slow down from everyday life. 🙂

What a great place! Very clean cabin, surrounded by breathtaking views, ski slope behind the house, well equipped kitchen. Everything you need for a great holiday. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Also the host and house owners were very helpful and communicative. They helped us with everything we needed ! We will definitely return!!

Pauline's stay was great. The house is very nice and clean and has all the comforts you need, especially the kitchen. The garden is very nice. The location is strategic for visiting the lakes region and Salzburg. Pauline was really kind and welcoming!

The stay was just perfect. Even if the weather luck was not on our side. Thanks to the wood-burning stove in the parlor, we always had it comfortably warm. If we find a few days where it works, we'll be happy to come back. ps. Handy Detox was included (which did good to everyone), as the reception was very sparse.

This is a beautiful old wooden house in the mountains with plenty of space around it and a great view. When you enter you go back in time. The wood-fired stove is fantastic and outside is a nice fire pit where you can also barbecue. Drinking water is straight from the mountains. Matthias is a friendly host who helps you well in terms of the details of the house and the area. We had a very nice week at this special place. The area is a paradise for hikers and climbing routes are nearby between 30-60 min drive by car.

We spent two beautiful weeks of vacation in the Halthäusel in the summer. The house is very idyllic and rarely walkers or hikers pass by. Goats graze in the higher meadow and a few minutes' walk away you can visit extremely curious alpacas. Overall, the house gives a rustic-uristic impression and requires a certain adaptability of the residents. We got along well with the two available hotplates and the low water pressure, which requires some patience when using the shower facility. The friendly and cheerful co-host was always very responsive and would certainly have helped us promptly with any issues or questions. The cleanliness was fine according to the rustic character of the property. Conclusion: If you can cope with slightly simpler conditions, you can have a nice and special vacation here.

Ute is a great host, always there for us, quickly accessible and very warm. We immediately felt comfortable and at home. The accommodation is very cozy and equipped with everything you need. The facility is very well maintained, the farm with the animals is a highlight. I'm sure we'll be back, see you soon Ute!

The cabin is incredibly cozy! It may seem a little bigger in the pictures, but it's so well equipped that we didn't miss anything. The highlight is clearly the fire pit, the oven and the hanging chair. The communication with Florian was perfect. All in all, I can recommend the cabin if you like a few days of peace and quiet 😊
