Alexandra’s place is excellent and in a super quiet location. There is everything anybody would ever need for a holiday. Alexandra is also super helpful and is responding very fast. We can wholeheartedly recommend to stay at Alexandra’s place!

Marius was a wonderful host welcoming us and showing us around the house. He was also very responsive in the communications and always there to offer help and guidance. The view from the house is breathtaking, scenery and absolute peaceful silence. It was just what the doctor ordered for us to rest and recuperate with nature but not lacking any convenience. House itself was very comfortable, roomy and very clean. We visited Altausee and Grundlsee which were quite closeby and highly recommend. On Sundays, there is a self service grocery store in Altausee that we utilized as everything else was closed. We highly recommend Marius' place to anyone visiting the area.

the place is amazing it has one of the greatest views ive seen, there are plenty of parking spots. the house is big and has everything you might need. we stayed 2 nights but i wish i could stay minimum 5 days. the host was nice and good communication.

I think Christina and her husband were one of the best hosts we ever had. They are really worth of the title of Superhost. They always try to help you as much as they can and make sure you have a perfect stay. They think along with you how to fill your days and can give you a lot of great tips what to do and see in the area. You can really feel and experience their hospitality! 100% would recommend!!! :-) And I haven't even talked about the beautiful and mesmerizing location. A small paradise on earth!

Katharina’s place was incredible! The views were amazing and Katharina was super friendly. If you are looking for a peaceful, well kept place to stay, then this is it. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful lake house in the very peaceful Grundlsee! We were 2 couples and rented this house for 3 nights to do trips to Hallstatt and Gosau. We wish we had more time! Grundlsee is a lovely and peaceful lakeside town with a walkway along the lake. We enjoyed taking a afternoon stroll along the lake. Get a bottle of wine or beer and have a picnic next to the lake with sunset, it's so special. The house itself have ample room for 4 adults. Two big living spaces, washing machine and adequate kitchen appliances. We wish there was a microwave oven, that is the only thing that we missed in the kitchen. Otherwise you have everything you need to self cater for a family. We appreciated the welcome drink and local snacks the host left us, made us feel very welcome :)

We had an absolutely great time in the Ofenhäusle, which is surrounded by greenery. The surroundings are beautiful and the river wave for surfing was easily accessible. The house is totally rustic and charming. The shower was hot and the beds comfortable. Maria is very personable and friendly. All in all a very great experience that we can definitely recommend!

Should you love your own company or share company with your thickest friends, this is really the place to be. Super nice view and a very friendly host, who thinks along with you if something has happened. Also, the bungalow has all the basics you need, towels, heating, electricity and water (so you don't have to bring 8 sweaters). Furthermore, there are nice places to eat in the area and if you like climbing and hiking, this is super accessible nearby!

We had a lovely time at Marion's house; she is a lovely host. I 100% recommend her space. It is spotless, has everything you need to stay comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the stunning view is a must! I would love to go back =)

We had a wonderful stay at Tabea’s place. It was the perfect setting for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with great views. We enjoyed sitting outside the house in front of the mountain and lake. The apartment itself provided everything we needed. It’s very modern and well decorated. Tabea and team put a lot of thoughts into making their guests feel comfortable and at home. There were fresh flowers in every room, candles and fragrance, and free snacks and drinks. It felt very luxurious and I was surprised given they were charging a very fair price. Tabea also provided a list of recommended places to visit. We went to around 5 of them- very good recommendations indeed! The location of the apartment makes it very easy to get to all the places we wanted to visits. Overall, highly recommend this place for anyone looking to visit this area!

We enjoyed the whole family staying in a beautiful place. Our 2 year old son who loved the animals on the farm the most. Thomas was very friendly and even allowed him to go to the bunnies, set things up for toasting, and was available when we needed anything. Perfect for families with kids. Possibility of swimming in the pool, toasting and available playground, toys, pool and trampoline at any time. Toys are also present in the apartment. The kitchen is 100% equipped. The location is perfect for various activities - swimming in the lakes, cycling, hiking. We'd love to come back again. The hosts even sent us a forgotten charge home. Thank you!

He was really kind. The apartment was just as in the photos. Nice vibe and kind atmosphere. We enjoyed our time there a lot.

Staying here was wonderful. The house is beautiful and in a great location. It's a short scenic walk to town (15 mins). I would recommend trying the breakfast that Gabriele cooks at least once. It was very delicious and she makes a lot of things herself, like the jams and bread. Gabriele is very welcoming and helpful. If I came to Bad Ischl again, I would stay here.

The location was, as described, quiet on the outskirts of the town. The apartment can be reached via an external staircase. In the cold outside, we were pleased that it was well heated inside. The size of the apartment surprised us positively. First of all, we made ourselves comfortable in the spacious kitchen and ate Gerlinde's delicious cookies for coffee. Thank you for that! The whole apartment is very cozy, the couch in the living room perfect for relaxing. The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Bathroom and toilet are separated from each other. All in all, we felt right at home and were happy to come back here from our excursions in the evening. For those looking for a nice place to stay away from the hustle and bustle, it is the perfect place to stay. We were completely satisfied.

Gerald was very helpful throughout our stay. It was a real bonus to have bikes available for our use and it was lovely to have a home-cooked meal from Gerald one night and fresh bread provided. The location was perfect for our competition on the lake and exploring the beautiful surroundings. We hope to return next year.

We spent two beautiful weeks of vacation in the Halthäusel in the summer. The house is very idyllic and rarely walkers or hikers pass by. Goats graze in the higher meadow and a few minutes' walk away you can visit extremely curious alpacas. Overall, the house gives a rustic-uristic impression and requires a certain adaptability of the residents. We got along well with the two available hotplates and the low water pressure, which requires some patience when using the shower facility. The friendly and cheerful co-host was always very responsive and would certainly have helped us promptly with any issues or questions. The cleanliness was fine according to the rustic character of the property. Conclusion: If you can cope with slightly simpler conditions, you can have a nice and special vacation here.

The cabin is incredibly cozy! It may seem a little bigger in the pictures, but it's so well equipped that we didn't miss anything. The highlight is clearly the fire pit, the oven and the hanging chair. The communication with Florian was perfect. All in all, I can recommend the cabin if you like a few days of peace and quiet 😊

The stay was just perfect. Even if the weather luck was not on our side. Thanks to the wood-burning stove in the parlor, we always had it comfortably warm. If we find a few days where it works, we'll be happy to come back. ps. Handy Detox was included (which did good to everyone), as the reception was very sparse.
