Spacious and sunny apartment with a fantastic view

Welcome to our very spacious (105 m2) and sunny apartment with a panorama view of the impressive Karawanken mountains. It is only few minutes away from the lovely Lake Wörthersee (7-10 min by car, 10-15 minutes by bike) and even closer to the nice city center of Klagenfurt. The apartment sleeps 5 very comfortably. The living room has two sitting areas and a there is a furnished balcony with sun all day long. Perfect for the morning coffee or a drink in the afternoon or at night.

Schönes Apartment in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee

Das Apartment ist hell und freundlich. Es gibt einen Wohn/Schlafraum mit Balkon, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer. Hinter dem Haus ist ein Garten der benutzt werden kann. Die Bushaltestelle, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Arzt, Apotheke, Friseur, Fitnessstudio, Kaffeehaus...sind 3 bis 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ins Zentrum und zum Krankenhaus fährt man 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und eignet sich sehr für längere Aufenthalte. Der gratis Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus.

Vacation on the sunny side of the Carinthian Rose Valley. Small but fine vacation home with separate entrance for 2 people. The amenities include a kitchen, bedroom, shower, toilet, terrace and a beautiful garden. The Wörthersee-Rosental tourism region offers numerous cultural and sporting excursion opportunities: In the surrounding area are: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, the Drau Cycle Path. Slovenia (Bled) or Italy (Tarvis) are also worth a trip.

Fully equipped apartment (105 m²) with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, large salon, conservatory, terrace and garden seating. Property in a quiet, park-like ambience with old trees. Private parking. Good bus and train connections! Beach only 12 minutes walk away, hiking and biking trails around Lake Wörthersee, many excursions as well as attractions (Minimundus, etc.) nearby, 7 km from the center of Klagenfurt and 3 km from the Alpen-Adria-Universität.

Our three apartments are ideally suited as a central starting point for hikes in the Karawanken or cycling trips on the Drau Cycling Path. Das Apartment bietet Platz für 2 Personen und ist hell und modern eingerichtet. Es wurde 2023 komplett neu gestaltet. Der Bahnhof ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und es gibt zahlreiche Shops und Lokale in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Im Haus befindet sich eine Bäckerei, solltest du einmal nicht selbst dein Frühstück machen wollen. Der Benediktiner Markt, ein sehr guter Bauernmarkt mit lokalen Essenständen, ist ganz in der Nähe.
