This stunning minimalist-inspired home adds its own artistic flair to the decor by placing bold and exciting art pieces throughout every room. The gallery and apartment is owned by an artist, who designed the space to show his work. Guests will have access to the whole gallery, but for rent is only the private apartment adherent to the gallery, including a small kitchen, a combined living sleeping area with a loft style bathtub and attached separate bathroom with shower. The other sleeping area can be separated by movable walls and has an extra bathroom with shower and toilet as well. Guests also have access to the back yard until 10 pm. Our aim is, to welcome all our guests personally and show them around and help them getting started in Berlin. Since we are also living in Berlin we are happy to help if any difficulties occur during the stay. It's Mitte, means closed to all cultural attractions, shopping and nightlife, but still quiet and you don't feel like living in a "bar". I like to call it the "new quiet Mitte" since recently a lot of luxury apartment buildings were constructed next to existing architecture, so it's for Mitte a pretty quiet neighbourhood, but Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße are all within easy walking distance (10min) Subway station (U-Bhf) Spittelmarkt 2 min walk. Several busses 3 min walk at Leipziger Str. Walking distance to Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz and Friedrichstraße about 10 min. You can only access your apartment through the gallery, which may be gently used by the artist. Your apartment is private and will during your stay not be accessed by us. Berlin BhfZoo ist schnell zu erreichen(25min).Das Havelland mit ihren geschichtsträchtigen Orten, zahlreichen Wasserwegen laden ganz besonders zum Wandern und Radfahren ein. Wir lieben Kontraste - Im Schloss Lanke vermieten wir im Dachgeschoss ein großzügiges 100 qm großes Loft. Ein Schloss-Loft. Außen französische Neorenaissance, Innen dezenter Minimalismus. Urbaner Wohnkomfort trifft die üppige Natur des Naturparks Barnim. Beide zusammen schaffen den perfekten Rahmen für Ruhe, Entspannung und Entschleunigung. Im Schloss Lanke befinden sich neben Ferienwohnungen die Wohnungen der Eigentümer sowie Büroflächen im Erdgeschoss. Wir respektieren unsere Privatsphären.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ehemaligen Bäckerei im historischen Fischerkietz. Der Straßenzug erinnert mit seinen denkmalgeschützen Häusern an eine Dorfstraße aus der Jahrhundertwende. Die Schlossinsel wie auch die Altstadt mit allen Annehmlichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Im Sommer kann man im Flußbad oder im Müggelsee schwimmen. Der Flughafen BER ist in 45 min mit Bus (162/164) und S-Bahn (45/9) erreichbar. Wer Städtetrip und Entspannung verbinden möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Für Ihren entspannten Urlaub bzw. geschäftlichen Aufenthalt stehen Ihnen 100 qm zur Alleinnutzung zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß von der S-Bahn S 5 sowie REWE und DM entfernt. Sie sind in 25 Minuten, ohne umsteigen, in der City. Die S-Bahn fährt 24/7.

Es handelt sich um eine 2-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung, ausgestattet mit einem Schlafzimmer für 2 Personen und der Möglichkeit auf der Couch für zwei weitere Personen aufzubetten. Ein Badezimmer mit Fenster und eine Küche sind vorhanden. Ein kleiner Schreibtisch sowie WLAN stehen zur Verfügung.

Unsere 70 m² große Gästewohnung (2 Zimmer, Küche, Bad und großer Garten) in idyllischer Lage am Rande des Niederoderbruchs bietet Raum für Erholung und Landleben.Auf unserem Hof leben viele Tiere. Ein Badesee im Dorf ist fußgängig erreichbar - die Alte Oder, Wald, Wiesen und Felder laden zum Naturerlebnis und einfach nur "Seele baumeln lassen" ein. Geeignet auch für Aktiv-Urlauber*innen, Radler*innen und besonders Familien mit Kindern. Alles ist da :-)

Unsere Scheune de Lütt bietet einem Pärchen oder einer kleinen Familie genügend Platz um zu jeder Jahreszeit ein paar entspannte Tage auf dem Land zu verbringen. Direkt hinter der Scheune lädt ein großer Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, Grill und Feuerstelle sowie Klettergerüst, Schaukel und Sandkasten zum verweilen ein. In einer ehemaligen Feldsteinscheune, ca. 5km von Templin entfernt, in einem Natursschutzgebiet. Umgeben ist das separat stehende Haus von Wildgehegen, Wiesen, Wäldern und Seen. Herrliche Spaziergänge, Kanutouren, Fahrradtouren sowie Rollerbladetouren sind von hier aus möglich. Kaminfeuer an kalten Winterabenden. Langeweile gibt es hier nie.
