Ground floor of a house located in the heart of an authentic Corsican village, close to the most beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Ajaccio and its airport (15 minutes). Our house has a history of family, transmission, it reigns a peacefulness, a flowery and wooded garden surround the house. Ideal for four people, the house is composed of 2 bedrooms with private bathroom (Italian shower, independent toilet), a kitchen open to a cosy living room. The wooden terrace with heated pool lounge and sunbeds will be synonymous with relaxation and letting go. A wooden terrace surrounded by rocks and scrubland, for a more intimate atmosphere.

The outdoor area offers a pool area with pool house consisting of a fully equipped kitchen (with TV and pizza oven) as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower. A pétanque court runs along the house.
