There's a large shaded balcony with a trio of sky lights that's perfect for watching sunsets or simply admiring the view of the park. The neighborhood is safe, cute and everything is just down the street. New restaurants are popping up constantly, so great cuisine is everywhere! The space is incredibly clean. I pride myself in first looks being exactly as pictured in photos.

Gated private yard with orange trees, birds of paradise...you'll feel you're away from it all. Mornings on the deck with a San Gabriel Mountain view, evenings grilling and a chiminea fire. The interior is Modern, uncluttered. There is some white noise from Hwy. 5 (our "babbling brook") in the studios private yard, none in the studio. Great for 2, 3 is cozy, 4 tight.
