Holiday rentals with lake access in Ecopark Township, Xuân Quan

Our time in this historic and beautiful apartment was very comfortable and authentic! We were delighted to have the chance to meet Ngoc's family and friends. She herself is so warm and friendly. She brought us a basket of beautiful oranges that were much appreciated.

The house was located a bit away from the lake, but it was clean and well-maintained. Each floor had rooms, which made it convenient for a group stay. One of the extra blankets could use a wash, but overall the bedding was comfortable. The outside was quite noisy throughout the night, though it didn’t bother us much during sleep. The host was very friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication easy. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

This place was a lucky find for us. Convenient, memorable, well-located. We loved the style and decor of the place. There are 4 floors with multiple layouts, which works out well for a big family because it affords privacy but you still feel all together. The location is right next to Hoan Kiem but tucked away down an alley so with a little peace and quiet. I loved looking out on Hanoi from the rooftop. The hosts were super flexible about a bunch of things and helped accommodate our two year old as well. They arranged taxis for all our major trips and helped out with advice about timing and locations. A standout experience!

Tung’s place is a very convenient place to be when in Hanoi as it is just in the Old Quarter, very near to a lot of places especially the night market, lake, and restos. Tung as a host is the best! He responds to queries and requests ASAP, even late at night. Overall, this place is highly recommended when you want to stay in old quarter.

The place is far from the center please be aware about that, it’s around 30-40 minutes away and you can either book a taxi or grab or if you have your own motorbike much better. This place is good for working people or remotely working individuals, the place is very peaceful, solemn and private. Although there isn’t much to do so if you’re a person that likes to have action or activity this place isn’t for you. This is good for people who want to stay away from the bustle or noise of the city life! The place is very spacious, I had a very nice balcony view and it’s clean! There is no kitchen so I suggest you need to buy your own water, food, also your toiletries downstairs. The thing I like the most is the washing machine! It’s the most convenient thing in the unit! The security is also tight so you’ll feel safe and you’ll have your own key card. There are food stores always downstairs if you need to buy food or just stuff for your place! Nguyen Thi Ngoc is an amazing host. Cant say enough to thank her for all the recommendations and help received. She looked for places for me and tried to make my stay the most enjoyable and pleasant. She’s beyond generous and friendly. The apartment is also amazing, everything super new and the view is breathtaking. The neighborhood is super nice and relaxing, it was like a sci fi movie, with all these high buildings around. For me was perfect to escape the noises and frenetic rhythms of Hanoi. Additionally, it’s super close to the center of Hanoi, less than a half an hour by car, and it really worth it. And she would also help you renting a motorbike for 150k/day to also very nice people. Dont miss the onset nearby, also a super experience. 200% recommend!

Wonderful apartments. Comfort and coziness at the highest level. This is a much better option than hotels.

Such a great, beautiful, and clean hotel. Felt like home! Everything you could need for a long stay. We loved that there was free washer and dryer available. The gym was small, but still usable with great views on the top floor. Location was in the alley close to a very busy street. A little bit noisy, but we slept just fine. Not many good restaurants close by, you'd have to walk at least 10-15 minutes or take a grab/ taxi. But it's still close and convenient. 35 mins from the airport. Great internet connection for remote work and nice big TV for streaming movies and shows.

This was incredible place to stay🫶🏼 The apartment is exactly like the picture. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. You can go to the nearby park for running and walking. You can go city center by walk or by bike

This is a good price and value apartment. The apartment is fully equipped with all amenities, washing machine with drying, with enough utensils for cooking, microwave. The bed is big, the mattress is good, the linens are clean, the apartment is clean and tidy, the vase is nice. Value for money. I would love to stay for 1 week. The surrounding scenery is amazing, many restaurants eat. It's right near the lake, quiet fresh. I experienced the mineral bath service, it was very nice. I had a trip to remember. I would love to come back soon with my family to stay here.
