Holiday rentals with a sauna in Ecopark Township, Xuân Quan

Qv's place is amazing. The host is really helpful and responsive. They even help us to get 70% discount at Mori Onsen located just in the same building. Would love to stay there again if i go back to Ecopark.

This is a good price and value apartment. The apartment is fully equipped with all amenities, washing machine with drying, with enough utensils for cooking, microwave. The bed is big, the mattress is good, the linens are clean, the apartment is clean and tidy, the vase is nice. Value for money. I would love to stay for 1 week. The surrounding scenery is amazing, many restaurants eat. It's right near the lake, quiet fresh. I experienced the mineral bath service, it was very nice. I had a trip to remember. I would love to come back soon with my family to stay here.

The apartment is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with a balcony and master bathtub offering stunning views. We loved the in-house sauna, laundry area, and peaceful morning walks around the lake. Getting to the Old Quarter was quick and easy with Grab. The highlight was Hang’s heartfelt gesture of surprising us with a birthday cake for my dad and personally celebrating with us. Her warmth and hospitality truly made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommended! She was incredibly proactive and attentive, helping us plan the rest of our trip and ensuring we felt safe throughout. Always prompt, available, and genuinely hospitable—a truly exceptional host!

I am very happy I decided to stay at this place, excellent location near coffee shops, restaurants, but with enough distance from the tourist area making your stay feel more like a local. The apartment is spacious and the beds very comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment! The hosts are also very responsible and check in frequently to attend to any need.

Looks like the photo. Quiet place with amenities needed for a longer stay. Bed is comfortable. It is not self check in but there was someone available. There are stairs entering the building so if you have mobility issues or a lot of luggage just be mindful. The person who helped check me in assisted with my luggage. The place can feel dark as the only window faces a building. It is outside of the Old Quarter but you can walk to the Old Quarter in 20 min or catch a $2 car grab.

I had a wonderful experience at the Atutu family apartment! The space is very private and quiet, especially I enjoyed the sauna and hot mineral bath area – the body is completely relaxed, the skin is smooth and the sleep is extremely deep. Tastefully decorated, clean, fragrant apartment. Around there are markets, supermarkets, eateries, coffee, spas and parks with many green trees, lakes, very convenient to explore and relax. The location is easy to get around. The building has a free gym with full equipment. All the building staff are friendly and polite. The host is responsive, helpful. Great spot in a great location!

We had a great stay at this apartment. The view was absolutely stunning straight to the Swan lake. The place was clean, comfortable, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed which made us felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back!
