The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

It is very close to Perrache train station, Part-Dieu, Place Bellecour and very well served (tram, metro and bus 7-10 min away). In a young and dynamic neighborhood booming, a few meters from the banks of the Saône, my fully renovated apartment of 43m2 is located on the 3rd and last floor of a small old building (without elevator). Possibility of deposit Supermarket, Restaurants ,cinema nearby.
