The house was charming, spotless, and very well-kept—a truly cozy and peaceful retreat. The surroundings were tranquil, making it a perfect getaway. We'd absolutely love to return Tom & Henne were friendly and responsive hosts.

Nice place. The bathrooms, sauna and garden extension/conservatory overlooking meadow with horses jumped out. Lots of seating in the areas, and large table for a board game. Attention: the double rooms have 2x single beds. The shared, large room (6p) is the only one with a double bed. The highway right next to the property could be heard (I didn't find it extremely disturbing, but maybe others)

I wanted somewhere for our family to relax. Arjen's house was perfect. It's a beautiful space, or rather, a collection of beautiful spaces. We were also lucky enough to be there when the orchard was full of fruit. Arjen was brilliant to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here if you can.

We had a great time at Cecile’s home for our family’s first vacation to the Netherlands. Both the home and the town of Loenen aan de Vecht are beautiful. From the moment of booking to checking out Cecile was responsive, helpful, and friendly. She was also flexible and allowed us an early check in. We were celebrating one of my children’s birthday while visiting & she purchased a cake for us to have ready for our arrival as well as some treats - even had fresh eggs, cheese, and milk waiting for us. The house was clean and well organized with many amenities. The “house manual” provided had useful info about the house as well as great resources and recommendations for the town. We enjoyed biking around the village and visiting the bakery and several restaurants all within walking distance. Getting to and from Amsterdam and surrounding towns was quick and easy- Cecile also gave driver recommendations which was a very helpful resource. Great house/host! Hope to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at Mattijs’s place. The house was beautiful, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden was spacious and cozy, where we spent a lot of time relaxing. Our toddler especially enjoyed playing on the trampoline and interacting with the friendly cats. Mattijs was an excellent host—helpful, responsive, and flexible with check-in and check-out times. We highly recommend this place and would love to visit again!

We had a fantastic stay at Joëlle’s house! We travelled with two children aged 6 and 2 who loved the play gym, trampoline and sand pit with digger! It really felt like a home away from home with kids as it had all the amenities you need: high chairs, kids crockery, toys etc. The house is stunning, so much so that people passing by stopped to ask us about it. You can swim in the river in front which our 6 year old loved. Joëlle was very responsive and checked in to see how we were. The location is really beautiful and quiet. We used the bikes with the house so didn’t need a car but it did mean we had to time buses and trains very carefully as the bus to the house is only every hour. I think if you want proper freedom then get a car but it’s not mandatory as you can travel in to Amsterdam/Utrecht in 1h/1.5hrs, which we did a few times. Weesp is great and has nice restaurants and you can hire a boat nearby which is worth it! We would love to go back again!

This group accommodation is absolutely fantastic! It provides everything you need no matter the weather. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, so the stay remains pleasant even in less good weather. The photos actually don't do the accommodation justice, because in real life everything looks even nicer and more cared for. The beds are of excellent quality, so you are guaranteed to have a good night's sleep. The sauna and hot tub really add something special to the experience. The location is ideal: close to Den Bosch and within walking distance of the cozy center of Vlijmen. Highly recommend for a relaxing and comfortable stay! Highly recommended for both families and friends groups.

Dennis is a very nice man, we did not have any problems with check in or check out, the house is beautiful and decorated with everything. You hardly need to bring anything. The kitchen the bathroom bedrooms were all nice and wonderful.

Everyone who stayed with me and everyone who visited were in awe of this house. Easily the nicest AirBnB I've ever stayed in, and despite feeling like we were in our own beautiful world we were actually very close to everything you'd need in Zeist. Brenda was also an amazing and very communicative host so overall a 10/10 stay.

We stayed at this lovely AirBnB with 5 couples. We rented the entire residence and we all were extremely impressed with our accommodations and hosts. The property was as it was described and more. This location was central for us to journey out for day trips all over the Netherlands. Our hosts were top notch and provided great knowledge about the surrounding area. The common areas provided great place to gather and our rooms were a beautiful space to retreat. We would highly recommend to anyone, whether renting a room (as the bed and breakfast) or the entire home! Thank you to Matt and Csilla for creating a beautiful atmosphere for us to holiday as a family.

We stayed here for 9 nights with three generations - parents, grandparents and two children (1.5 and 5). The house house is spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need. The owners even kindly provided a cot and highchair. Our 5 year old daughter loved her room, which was decorated as a lovely girl's bedroom. The contained and shaded garden was great for the children to play in in the summer heat, especially the inbuilt trampoline. The layout of the house also meant that the 1.5 year old could stay in a separate wing and didn't wake everyone in the family up at 6 am. Just be mindful of the fairly steep stairs to the top floor (bedrooms 5 and 6). The location is great for visiting Efteling and it's a nice stroll into Vjijmen, which has plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. A short car ride away are nice towns like the fortified Heusden, and a fabulous bathing lake with a sandy beach and other facilities is within walking distance. Nice quiet and leafy neighbourhood with interesting houses. The owners were very responsive and helpful, and provided a useful welcome booklet (as well as some delicious local treats). We will look back fondly on our stay!

Stunning group accommodation. Nice view over the nature. We were lucky with the weather: especially outside. 5 lovely bedrooms that all have a bathroom. Tip: Wijk bij Duurstede

Hallo, we were really very happy with the place and the hostess. The house was beautifully situated on the river and had plenty of space. However, the doors in the upper rooms had some play and no seals, which is why they have been slammed again and again. Other than that, the kitchen and entire house amenities were outstanding. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. She even came by again when we arrived and brought extra linen if we needed another one.

We have had no luck with the weather so we have not been able to enjoy the exceptional possibilities that were offered But we found the owners and their children very friendly and helpful Furthermore the house has everything areas and it has been neat and tidy Highly recommended but come with good weather!

Very nice house - large and spacious it feels good! The neighborhood is quiet and close to a river, the place is really peaceful and relaxing we loved it! The house was clean and it was missing nothing everything was perfect! Thank you again for hostinging us!!
