We have a wonderful stay at Insa's place. She is the perfect host and has a gem of a home and garden. She is very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The setting is beautiful for hiking and brings peace and relaxation. Highly recommended to stay, thank you Insa!

We had a very nice vacation in Michael's house. Everything was as described and was clean, the kitchen well equipped. The rooms are practical and tastefully decorated; we also found it very positive that there was no unnecessary decor. There was also a high chair and a baby cot as well as a fall-out protection for the (parent)bed, great! There is a play framework outside, which was great for the kids. We can fully recommend Michael as a host and his house.

We spent with great pleasure the period between Christmas and New Year's Eve in cottage ¨Haas¨ with our 2 children. Cottage was clean and equipped with every comfort! We will definitely come back ;-)

We were allowed to spend an unforgettable week at the "Old Painters House". Already upon arrival, it becomes clear: the location is an absolute dream. Quiet location, right on the water and off the small country road, great for unwinding. The decor is not only tasteful and cozy, but also designed with a lot of love for detail. Especially the large bedroom with its wide view over the surrounding meadows appealed to us. A real highlight was the observation of thousands of nuns geese – right from the bed! Nature up close without leaving the house. A short walk leads over a small dock to Sieltor, from where you can enjoy a great view of Ems and Dollart. The next rolls are a bit away, but of the best quality. Conclusion: A wonderful holiday home with a very special atmosphere, in the middle of a quiet, inspiring environment. A week full of peace, nature and well-being – we will be happy to come back!

I had a nice stay at this apartment— one of the best airbnb experiences I've had! I was here for a month-long work trip, and the location was ideal. It’s just a 15-minute bike ride to the university and only 5 minutes to the city center. The surroundings are peaceful yet close to everything. The apartment is well equipped, especially for a longer stay like mine. Cleaning supplies are easy to find, which made upkeep effortless. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, though I couldn't find a microwave function in the embedded oven. Other than that, everything was perfect! A special mention to Nina, the host, who was very kind. She promptly answered my questions and even picked me up from the station when there were no taxis available in the night! And got me a table for working at my request. Thank you, Nina! I was lucky with the weather during my stay, and the balcony was often bathed in sunshine, which made the mornings even more beautiful. I highly recommend this place!

My girlfriend and I spent our second stay together here; the home was just a perfect as the first time around. The setting is beautiful and was just as pleasant during winter as it was in the summer. We got lucky and had snow this time, which truly made for some gorgeous views and serene surroundings. Rosie & Thomas were simply perfect hosts, which we had come to expect from our first experience with the couple. Highly recommended place to stay for those seeking a peaceful getaway; with easy access to both the rural and sub-urban parts of Germany. No doubt we will be back in the near future :)

We spent a weekend in Leer and were very happy with the place. Everything was clean and as described. It was important to us to store our bikes safely, which worked out great in the cabin. On request, we were allowed to enter the apartment earlier. Thank you for that 💐 We would take this place again if we come back to Leer.

This was a lovely weekend stay in Oldenburg - Wechloy. Heino is a very kind host, and we felt right at home. The apartment is cozy, bright and modern. Very recommended.

It was great. The apartment is small and cozy. Downtown is just a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is very quiet. Marion greeted us personally and explained how to handle the TV. I would move back into the place at any time. Everything was great.

Our stay was great because the apartment is great (quite quiet), you can still do a lot in the area, equipment and cleanliness were perfect and Hauke was always friendly, helpful and easily accessible. We would always book again and again and therefore highly recommend it!

We stayed in the apartment for the second time and felt right at home again. The apartment is cozy and very lovingly furnished. The location is great: many small shops, cafes and restaurants are almost at your doorstep. But you are also quickly on the Weser and can walk to the city center. The communication with Sabine was very pleasant. She always responded very quickly and gave us good tips for the area before our stay. I'm sure we'll be back!

The apartment is really great, you can really relax here. Everything looks very clean and you immediately feel at home. Unfortunately, the internet went down for our stay, so a few things didn't work as usual (e.g. wifi, TV and smart home). Armin took care of our location and was able to help us a lot. So check-in and the stay could become a couple at a nice time. Despite the little hiccup, it became a great stay, especially because we were taken care of very well. In general, we would definitely come back!

In the middle of life, yet quiet and relaxing: We really enjoyed our temporary home in the neighborhood.

Light, bright and well equipped. Lovely neighbourhood with characterful houses, close to excellent shops and bars. Easy bus ride into centre. Also walkable.
