This well-appointed space is perfect for up to 4 guests, featuring 2 single zip lock beds that can be arranged to your preference, and a comfortable sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The apartment offers all the basic amenities you need for a pleasant stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, living area with a flat-screen TV. Whether you're here for a short or longer visit, you'll have everything you need to feel right at home.

Grove Park is a leafy enclave tucked away in Toxteth, next to the Georgian Quarter. 5 minutes from town and the famous Sefton Park. On nearby Lark Lane there are a plethora of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops to enjoy. The annexe has a bed that can be used as a super king or it unzips into two single beds. There is an ensuite shower room, a kitchenette and a private walled garden for eating/drinking. TV and wifi are provided. Off street parking and home cooked meals are available.

The apartment is full of character with an Aga and bare brick walls and full central heating . No stag or hen parties please. Free on street parking. We implement the air bnb recommended enhanced cleaning regime.

It’s also really handy for getting around with bus stops and train stations nearby. - 20-min bus ride or 10-min train ride to Liverpool city center - 8 mins walk to train station with direct access to Manchester airport. - Plenty of convenient stores and places to eat.
