Monthly Rentals in Efford

We had a lovely time in Plymouth at Kerry & Gavin's place. Gavin greeted us on arrival and the flat had everything needed with lovely little touches which felt like being at home. The kitchen was stocked with cereal for breakfast, and fresh milk & water were prepared for us in the fridge which was a nice gesture. The flat is located in a quiet area with easy access to shops, close to the centre and a few minute drive to the ocean. Despite the surrounding roads being busy at this time of year, we always managed to find on street parking. There was a house manual which had very clear and detailed instructions about how to use the heater, the Wifi & TV, and dispose of rubbish. It was very helpful and precise. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely return, if we planned to stay in Plymouth again.

Thank you so much Bonnie this place was exactly what we needed with all the little amenities you could want. Very close to a corner shop and a little walk away from the town centre. We thought it was going to be smaller from previous reviews but were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable we were. All was wonderfully clean too with a very comfortable bed! We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 4 months while our home was uninhabitable and Laura was happy with us making the space our own, even going as far as storing furniture we didn't need! Laura was friendly and replied to any messages quickly - even when she was out of the country, she resolved issues promptly. The flat is exactly as described; the rooms are bright and spacious, the kitchen is simple but functional, and the downstairs neighbour is quiet. The sofa bed in the living room isn't the most comfortable, and if you're over 5'8" your feet will likely dangle off the end! It would be perfect for a short stay (or a short guest, which luckily I am!). The carpet in the hallway has seen better days, but she does let to pets so this is understandable. The front door downstairs is a bit fiddly, but the back door to the fire escape works perfectly and is the preferred means of access. Parking in the area is terrible, but there is a parking space out the back if you drive a small car!

We stayed at the house while a family member had a major operation at Derriford Hospital. The house was a great home from home base to rest between visits and relax.
