Set within a lush 600m² garden, it provides a wonderful sanctuary to enjoy with friends and family. Located just 100 meters from the beach and nearby restaurants, our villa boasts all the modern comforts and is adorned with vibrant, rainbow-colored decor.

In my resort near the sea - 330 meters , I have available 10 duplex apartments with 3 rooms and a terrace. I describe below: Duplex villa with 3 rooms having a generous area of over 95sqm. Ground floor: open living room and kitchen, terrace and lawn, barbeque, full dishes, bathroom with shower, big sofa bed ,tv. Floor: 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, each with balcony and second bathroom. The terrace and the barbecue are private spaces only for you group. Parking is included near the villa.

It consists of generous living room, has a sofa bed(160×200), fully equipped kitchen and bathroom(1/2). 1st floor, Et2 have one bedroom with kingsize bed, dressing room and bathroom. Each level is equipped with air conditioning and tv. The property offers free sunbeds/umbrellas at Aloha beach located in the immediate vicinity.

On the outside of the villa you have a spacious terrace, barbecue place. The villa is part of a duplex . No parties are allowed. Parties are not allowed.
