Holiday Home Mila is located in the coast village Egmond aan Zee, 50 meters from the dunes and 100 meters from the center. The beach is 300 meters away from the house. In the village there are several good restaurants, bars and lovely terraces. The supermarket is 200 meters away. The center of the cozy cheese town of Alkmaar can easily be reached by bus with 20 minutes. A day in Amsterdam is also a possibility. From the train station (Heiloo or Alkmaar) every half hour a train goes to A'dam.

Het Soomerhuys is in the center of it all! As the train station is just 1 minute away you will be at Amsterdam Station and Haarlem station within 10 minutes and at the beach within 20 minutes. The cottage is a spacious detached house with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious and light living room overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden. This charming 1930s house is close to the village for shopping. The dunes are around the corner and the beach is a 10-minute walk away. Enjoy the spacious garden, brand new boxspring bed, bathtub, and rain shower. You can park your car for free next to the house. There are 2 (old) bikes available for a quick ride to the beach and afterwards, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower. quiet location summer home close to the bulb fields beach and dunes, 10 min by bike and you are on the beach of Egmond a Zee , also you are near the city of Alkmaar and artist village mountains, many cycling and hiking possibilities , the cottage is behind our house and is in the middle of a quiet residential area. The holiday house is located on the North Holland Canal. The house is not very quiet, but cozy and centrally located to Alkmaar, Bergen and Schoorl. Very suitable for girlfriend clubs, bike clubs and families, who do not want to sit in a holiday park. The house has many original details, which makes it atmospheric and characteristic. The house is connected to the owner's house, but there is plenty of privacy and a spacious private garden.
