Het station, supermarkten, drogist, bakker en restaurants zijn slechts op een minuut loopafstand. De buurt van dit gastenverblijf is echt van alle gemakken voorzien. Het in 2020 aangebouwde verblijf heeft een aparte douche en toilet beneden en boven een woon/slaapkamer. Er is geen kookgelegenheid of buitenruimte.

Het huis is licht en sfeervol ingericht, voorzien van een ruime slaapkamer, woonkamer met een extra slaapbank en een luxe uitgeruste keuken. Alles voor een onbezorgd verblijf. In de tuin kun je genieten van de zon of in de gezellige lounge en sporten kan tussendoor in een uitgebreide fitnessruimte. Je bent van harte welkom!

Studio voor 2 personen in een rustig doodlopend straatje. Vlakbij duinen en strand. Vanuit hier zijn prachtige fietstochten te maken. Egmond aan Zee 10 min fietsen, Alkmaar slechts 7 km afstand. Dichtbij kunstenaarsdorp Bergen. Studio heeft eigen ingang en leefruimte met 2 pers boxspring en keuken met koelkast en 2 pits kookplaat en eigen badkamer. Beddengoed, handdoeken en keukentextiel inclusief. Aanrader om fietsen mee te nemen (of te huren). Toegangskaarten voor duingebied in bruikleen.

Our accommodation is stylishly furnished and feels like a real holiday home. The beach-boho atmosphere immediately gives you a feeling of sun, sea and laid back living. It is accessible through the back area of ​​our house, which ensures a safe feeling. Close to beach (200m) with lounger rental and surf school, sea and dunes. The center is within walking distance (500m) and the supermarket is just around the corner. Centrally located near major cities and easy to reach by public transport.

This holiday house in the back of my garden offers the excellent retreat if you want to experience the beauty of the Dutch dunes and beaches and escape the hectic city life. The house is located in a quiet street, walking distance from the beach (10 min) . Egmond aan Zee is one of the most beautiful areas in The Netherlands only 30 minutes by train from Amsterdam (station Heiloo is 5 km from Egmond aan Zee). Excellent for hikes and cycling. There is a storage for the bikes with the house.

Het is geschikt voor 2 volwassenen of een gezin met max. 2 kinderen. Voor 3 of 4 volwassenen is de ruimte klein. We hebben ons vakantiehuis "Vier Seizoenen" genoemd omdat Egmond aan Zee in elk seizoen zijn charmes heeft ! Hebben jullie vragen of verzoeken, dan helpen wij jullie graag. A quiet, stylish studio located in Utrecht with a free parking place. The studio is built above a recently renovated old barn and is located in the garden of a monumental city farm. The studio is entirely for the tenant and is separate from our family house. The studio is accessible from the garden and has its own entrance with a staircase to the first floor. The garden has space to park 1 car for free during your stay.
