The apartment is in the heart of the old town of Bern, which is a Unesco World Heritage Site. It is a 15-minute walk or 2 tram or bus stops from the main train station. In the immediate vicinity there are many cafes, restaurants and shopping, as well as sights and museums. Access to the apartment is via one of the oldest staircases in the city and is only accessible via this staircase. Paid parking is available on the street below, 100 to 250 m away.

This modernly renovated studio is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. One of the walls is more than 500 years old and consists of stones whose origins date back to Roman times. The studio is located in the heart of the old town, yet offers a quiet retreat.
