Sie bietet außerdem einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge und Wälder der Region sowie einen der schönsten Sonnenuntergänge der Region. E-Auto Wallbox 11kW am Haupthaus. House on the lake (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

Das Haus am See, mein persönlicher Lebenstraum. Aber zu groß, um ihn allein zu nutzen. Abseits des Massentourismus mitten in den Bergen, direkt am See inmitten von Wäldern. Im und rund um das Haus alles sehr großzügig für Mensch und Tier. Uns persönlich sehr wichtig. Neben Grill-/Feuerplätzen, Sauna, dem eigenen Steg, Sitzsäcken und Gartenschaukeln, Ruderboot, SUP und Gartenhütte ("Villa Seen-Sucht") können unsere Gäste alles nutzen...so macht es für uns alle mehr Spaß. Ein besonderer Platz!

Welcome to Lendplatz, stylish living in Graz’s Old Town. 🫶 Right outside your door you will find a popular farmers market, surrounded by cafés, restaurants and perfect public transport connections. The main square and the central station are both within easy walking distance. All shops for daily needs are very close by. A private parking space and the view of the Schlossberg are real highlights. The apartment is fully equipped and also offers high speed WiFi and a workspace.

Accommodation in the Gesäuse

The ecological mini wooden house on the banks of the Enns was designed by the artist and mountain hiking guide Susanne Posegga and built by hand with love. The colors of the building reflect the landscape and the refined architecture makes the building appear much larger than it actually is. The sunny location right on the bank of the wild river overlooking the majestic peaks of the Gesäuse is unique. You can also dock kayaks directly at the property.

Chalet Bergblick

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation in the middle of the nature park Zirbitzkogel Grebenzen. With a view of the nearby ski area and the imposing Zirbitzkogel, end your ski day in the outdoor whirlpool. Of course, a good glass of wine is not to be missed. Skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, indoor golf and tobogganing in winter or rather hiking, horseback riding, golfing and swimming in summer? Decide for yourself what you like.

Zirbitzhütte with sauna and fireplace

Our cozy Zirbitz hut with sauna and fireplace is located directly on the edge of the forest with wonderful views of the mountains of the Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen Nature Park at an altitude of 1050 meters. The hiking trails start right at your doorstep, the snow-safe Grebenzen ski resort is a few minutes away. On the spacious, partially covered terrace you can hear the sound of the nearby mountain stream, sun worshipers will get their money's worth here

One-Hour Mariazell with Sauna & Jacuzzi

The family-friendly apartment is located on the first floor of a new residential complex in the St. Sebastian district. Within walking distance you will find both the Bürgeralpe ski slope and ski school (approx. 3 minutes), as well as shopping (Spar, Billa). In about 5 minutes you can reach the beautiful Lake Erlauf (by car). The center of Mariazell with its beautiful basilica and some shops can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot.
