The rental part is a separate apartment upstairs with its own entrance. Access to patio, private kitchen, living room, bathroom. Close to the beach and beautiful excursion areas with cozy cafés and lovely nature reserves.

After a lovely night in the garden house, breakfast is served on the jetty next to the large pond. With a cup of freshly brewed coffee in your hand, you look out over the beautiful, park-like plot where there is always something exciting to discover. With Lake Mälaren's glittering waters just a short walk away, it's easy to be lured to a swim at Stockbybadet. We are close to the big city but still in the countryside and with walking distance to both a grocery store and a lovely pastry shop, you will be happy to stay a little longer.

The house offers a bright, open floor plan, sauna and ping pong table for both relaxation and fun. Winter Ski In-Ski Out with cross-country trails on the golf course. A nice guest house is included.
