Beautiful lakeside villa with private jetty, jacuzzi and a spacious wooden deck that offers sun from morning to late evening. Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). I sovrummet en dubbelsäng (140 cm bred) och i köket en våningssäng med två bäddar (till personer ej längre än 175 cm). Kök med kyl, frys, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn samt spis med induktionshäll och ugn.

Efter en härlig natt i trädgårdshuset intas frukosten på bryggan invid den stora dammen. Med en kopp nybryggt kaffe i handen ser du ut över den vackra, parkliknande tomten där det alltid finns något spännande att upptäcka. Med Mälarens glittrande vatten endast en kort promenad bort är det lätt att lockas till ett dopp vid Stockbybadet. Vi finns nära storstan men ändå på landet och med gångavstånd till såväl mataffär som ett härligt konditori stannar man gärna lite längre.

Nybyggt 2022. Boendet på ca 50kvm i två våningar rymmer allt man behöver. Det ligger just intill (50 meter) sjön Mälaren och 200 meter till naturreservatet Väsby Hage. Platsen är unik i sitt lugna läge och är bara 45km från Stockholm city. Det finns flera populära områden att besöka i närheten, tex Birka, Björn Järnsidas grav samt Hovgården på Adelsö. Även Drottningholms slott ligger nära.
