Newly built (2023) property comprising three separate flats, all with full amenities including underfloor heating. South-facing accommodation with a magnificent view of Lake Mälaren. Close to the bus to central Stockholm. Grocery shop within cycling distance. One-bedroom flat with bathroom and kitchen (32 m² in total). Private patio with evening sun. In the bedroom, there is a double bed (140 cm wide), and in the kitchen, there is a bunk bed with two sleeping spaces (suitable for people no taller than 175 cm). Kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and hob with induction cooktop and oven.

Live in the countryside with horse pastures nearby. Quiet and idyllically close public transit and Stockholm city. Newly-built modern cabin with all the comforts. Close to Svartsjö Castle and a birdwatching place. Grocery store, bakery within bicycle distance. Parking by the house and possibility to sit outside in the garden. Hiking trail with connection from the farm. Here, you live near the award-winning Apple Factory, the cozy Juntra garden and the Eldgarnsö nature reserve. Troxhammars golf course and Skå ice rink at a convenient distance.

Nice cottage near Drottningholm

During the summer, we only rent out the cottage for about 1-3 days at a time, as we use it ourselves. A charming cottage, 10 minutes by car or bus from Drottningholm Castle, Ekerö. Here you stay alone or max two people (extra fee). The bed is new and 105 cm wide. An extra mattress on the floor can be arranged if needed. The rent includes sheets, towels and final cleaning. You have access to a smaller patio if you wish. There is only running cold water in the cottage; the shower is available in the main house. Smoking is not allowed.

Directly adjacent there are two terraces and in front of the house a lawn from where you can dip your feet in Lake Mälaren. Parking is available and it is 250 meters to the bus stop. The accommodation is the last house on a quiet cul-de-sac. Perfect starting point for excursions such as Birka, Drottningsholm (10 km), Stockholm City (21 km)

Come and enjoy the peace and quiet, or visit all the exciting sights in Mariefred or Strängnäs.
