Holiday rentals with lake access in Ekerö

We had an excellent stay at Daniel's house. The view is splendid, and it is very quiet. The only difference from the photos is that there isn't a large sandy beach, so there's no need to bring your children's sand toys ;-) However, there is a trampoline that is very popular. The nearby mini-golf is also great.

We had a wonderful little week at Mikael's place. The direct proximity to the sea, the calm, the sunsets, the small deserted beaches (except swans), the hot tub and the possibility of coming with your dog made our stay wonderful. A real little paradise.

Even more beautiful in real life, than all the nice pictures. The location and house is just amazing! Very tastefully decorated, from furniture to small details like bed linens and porcelain. A well-equipped kitchen, and wonderful social areas. A large porch with sunlight from morning to night. Beautiful sauna, albeit difficult to get really warm. I'd love to go here again!

Our stay at Hans and Lena's place was very pleasant. The house exactly matches the photographs and description, it is very welcoming and equipped with every comfort. It is easy to get around by public transport: a few minutes' walk from the house there is in fact the bus stop that takes 30/40 minutes to Stockholm. The surroundings of the house are quiet and the view of the canal is very evocative. Unfortunately, due to schedules, we didn't have the pleasure of meeting Hans and Lena in person, but we met the son, very helpful. In any case, hosts were always available via phone and provided us with all the necessary information.

Very good accommodation, we were there three families (12 people) and there is plenty of space. Perfect with a barbecue cabin down by the lake. Sauna and hot tub worked great!

Super nice stay in a luxurious cabin! So nice with some relaxation when you come from a stressful big city environment. Cozy to lie in the jacuzzi in the evening with cool underwater lighting. Our host Fredrik was very service minded!

We really enjoyed our stay: the house is very cozy as if you are staying at your friends’s place. We got lucky with some snow so kids enjoyed sledging down the road, and we enjoyed the sauna near the lake. It was a wonderful winter vacation, thanks Ola

Best stay ever!!! It was incredibly beautiful, so I spontaneously extended it another week. The house is so cute, cozy, perfectly equipped and exceptionally clean! Upon arrival, Robert and Diana showed me the surroundings. The two are so warm and always available on site and by message and incredibly helpful. They give great tips for things to do, restaurants, etc. The lake is really right outside the door, very clean and great for swimming. I could borrow the SUP at any time. The sea is also just 2 minutes away. I will never forget the days there and left with a heavy heart. I've rarely had such a perfect place to stay! THANK YOU!

Staying in Pär's apartment in Stockholm was a very positive experience. We were welcomed by the lower house, who gave us a tour and helped with questions. The apartment was much bigger than we thought, and really cozy. Everything was nice and clean. We were well taken care of with linens, clean towels, tourist brochures, and a bottle of bubbles in the fridge. We felt very welcome! The apartment is very central and within walking distance to the city center. There was peace and quiet on the street. Restaurant Lille Capri on the ground floor was a lovely place where we ate 3 times. Here we got great service! Everything in the apartment was in the best order, and Pär was quick to respond if we had any questions along the way. Thank you so much Pär for hosting - we would highly recommend this home to others.

Very calm and quiet place, around nature, no noise, suitable to rest. Inside, it was cozy like with the grandparents in the summer house, it was warm.

I stayed here for several weeks, loved everything about the place. The bus stops right in front of the building, and makes travel to and from the downtown core very convenient and quick. The neighbourhood is incredibly safe no matter what time of day (or night), the apartment is quiet and, though small, has a lovely spacious feel. The view is fantastic! The kitchen is very well equipped with modern and highend appliances. I really appreciated the excellent water pressure in the rain shower. The walking path between the street and the water was lovely, even during the winter when I visited. I even found the bed to be extremely comfortable, and that is saying a lot since I sleep on a Tempurpedic at home and have a bad back. Benjamin was a great host. I would definitely return, and think this is a jewel of a place to stay!

Peter and Malin were wonderful hosts that were always very responsive to our texts and last minute requests! Their place was spotless, cozy and has a very well equipped kitchen. The highlight of our stay was the hot tub that overlooked the sunset and the sea. It was the perfect 2-night getaway destination!

beautiful location. it's exactly as it looks and our 8 year old loved the raft ferry to the island. we loved the sauna and the views. Alexander was very kind and responsive.

Was a super nice weekend getaway! Definitely recommending the jacuzzi and barbecuing with a view!! Bathroom felt a bit cramped for 6 people. Alright for a short period of time though. Would book it again 10/10 wow

We had a great time on the island. For us, a small family with two children, the small house was the perfect compromise between being in the city, but also having the possibility to be in nature. Michael was very friendly and helpful. The fact that we could use the canoe, was a very nice extra. It gave us the possibility to do something active rather than just being in the city of Stockholm. The ferry to the mainland, which is included in the public transport, was also nice for us to take. We had a very nice stay. Thanks Michael!

Well, look no further if you want to relax and enjoy the most wonderful retreat on the Stockholm Archipelago. This is it! This property is simply a delight. It offers historic charm and character but is so well furbished. The bed is so comfortable as are the living room chairs. The burner was a real treat. Our hosts were just the best...allowed us privacy but always responded to any request. This was a great base to explore the area either by foot, locally, or by car across the Archipelago. Stockholm by ferry was so easy. If you want to self-cater, the supermarket is only 3 minutes walk away and satisfies most needs. Quite simply we didn't want to leave. We would without question return if opportunity arose.

An idyllic "bush retreat" in the Stockholm archipelago! Host Emelie was incredible – responsive, warm, and helpful from start to finish. Cosy, thoughtfully designed cottage with unique outdoor shower & relaxing patio tub. Well-equipped kitchen & inviting fireplace. Fantastic location: peaceful yet close to Torö stenstrand & Nynäshamn. Emelie's local tips were invaluable. Her exceptional hospitality truly stood out; she went above & beyond (new oars for the boat!). A true gem for a tranquil escape. Highly recommend! Left refreshed & grateful. Can't wait to return!

We felt very comfortable in the cottage right from the start. Nature is fantastic. We saw moose, deer, and rabbits. The cottage also had a special charm in the snow and it was very cozy to sit in front of the fireplace. All in all great hosts, nice cottage with great amenities. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The surrounding area was calm and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Our child loved playing in the spacious backyard. It was also very close to a beautiful bathing spot at the lake, which we really enjoyed. The hosts were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Highly recommend!
