Great stay for 6 days in sunny October. Great location and a flat full of character and art and charm with windows out onto a lovely and busy square near Torres Serronos. Would highly recommend .

We had a lovely stay at David’s place. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. It was easy and peaceful for sleeping. The Terrace is amazing and has afternoon sun which is very hot. There is an electric retractable sunshade that works perfectly. When we arrived (later in the day) they had thought of everything, leaving us coffee, water, bread and even some fresh croissants and a bottle of wine. This was extraordinary for us as we didn’t need to rush out right after we arrived to get necessary supplies. There are plenty of local tavernas and grocery shops close by. The grocery right around the corner offers an orange juicer you place the size of bottle you want and push the button and it presses the oranges right in front of you. It was the best orange juice we’ve ever had. Down the street is an Empanada shop. They were quite good, but the server was so fun. She has a little bag of dog treats at the ready and locals walk past with their dogs who are ready to accept her treats.

We loved Jaimes apartment! It‘s super cozy, clean and the communication was very easy. There‘s a metro station 5 minutes away and a supermarket around the corner. It‘s also close to the old town. We can 100% recommend this place. Thank you Jaime!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this loft! We loved that there was a lot daylight coming in and we could open the windows to let the air in too. The apartment was well stocked and had everything we could ask for. I particularly liked that the bathroom was hidden yet so spacious.

The loft was great. It was clean and welcoming. Rosa (and her mother) were superb hosts. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great vacation. The neighborhood is a great place to stay in Valencia, especially during easter week, as there are lots of interesting processions happening. All main sights and the historic city center are easy to reach via bus, or Uber. Many great restaurants and the beach are within a few minutes by foot, Rosa gave us some recommendations.

Wonderful Stay! Carlos and Chris did an amazing job. The apartment is super clean and beautiful. Everything you need is in the unit. They added really nice little touches. For example, they have a really great hair dryer, coffee machine, all cookware you could need, suitcase holder, etc. When I first arrived, Chris greeted me and gave the run down of how everything works. In the background, he had a really nice playlist playing softly on the tv which really set a fun and homely tone for my stay. Carlos was super responsive and accommodating to my every need, fulfilling my requests in less than 24 hours. I would definitely stay again! The location is great for exploring different parts of the city too! The area also felt quite safe. The only thing you may need to consider is you can sometimes hear noises from outside or neighbors. I’m not a heavy sleeper and these noises didn’t wake me up or bother me. So it’s probably not a problem unless you are a very very light sleeper.

Listing is as described. It is very spacious, very clean, the amenities are quality and the kitchen is well equipped. Ideal for a tourist stay in Valencia, there are bus stations 5-6 minutes walk away. Finally, Teddy was very responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend it.

In the apartment of Vicent you will find everything you need, close to many shops and a few minutes walk from the comfortable metro to the center and the airport. Despite being at the foot of the street it is quiet because the neighborhood is quiet and safe. We were with the children and can be sure that the people around are welcoming and friendly. Vicent is a very present host, who cares about the well-being of his guests and resolves the problems (if any) in zero time. The apartment was clean and had enough sheets, towels, sanitary and cleaning products, everything needed for cooking, fast WiFi and TV with Netflix; it corresponded 100% with the description. When we return to Valencia, which we loved, we already know where to sleep. Thank you!
