The 420 sq ft space includes a 65" HD TV w/DirectTV service, high speed wireless & wired internet, kitchenette w/convection cook microwave, fridge/freezer, w/many other extras. Unit was recently remodeled with new furniture. 1 Queen bed, dbl recliners, & dinette. (Also, the picture of the front of our property is not accurate - Airbnb uses Google photos 😕)

The suite shares a wall with the rest of the house, but it's completely separate and has its own private entrance. The door that connects the suite's hall to the rest of the house is locked at all times. Our quiet neighborhood is an 8-min walk from a huge park with playground and dog park and only 20 min drive from beaches, downtown, Sea World, and the Zoo.
