La casa tiene espacios amplios con luz natural, tiene aire acondicionado, alberca y cochera. Se ubica a 3km. aproximadamente de Las Pozas y el Jardín Surrealista de Edward James. A 50 mts. aprox. hay una tienda de autoservicio, cajero automático, 3 restaurantes de comida típica, un parque infantil, gasolinera y a 8 minutos aprox. caminando, está el centro del pueblo. Además, desde la terraza se aprecian hermosas vistas del pueblo y el cerro de la silleta, que caracteriza a Xilitla.
