It has a large 24 m2 terrace with an electric awning, a teak table area and a chill-out area with a sofa, armchairs and a table. On the ground floor, there's a sleeping area with a single sofa bed. Sleeps 3 people (2 of them sleeping in the main bedroom and the other on the ground floor). It has air conditioning and Wi-Fi. It's fully refurbished and has parquet flooring. All the furniture and appliances are new. The property has two entrances: on the first floor, it's accessed directly from the lift, and on the ground floor, it's at lobby level.
