If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. This Studio is perfect for couple romantic gateaways, familias with 1 or 2 kids as well as for anyone on business trip. The sofa-bed in the living room is very confortable & even more once you rest on the 1,40 meter (w) x 1,90 (l) bed, very easy to unfold. The double room is spacious w/ a king-size bed (1,50 x 2,00 meters) and a desk for working times. One complete & modern bathroom. You will love the apartment and our location! The apartment has a fantastic living area with a french door that opens into a small balcony looking onto Calle de Huertas. There is a dining room area with a round table and 4 chairs. The bedroom is a semi-studio style - separated from the living area by a permanent wall - which you can see well in the pictures. I have had many guests and most of them, when they arrive, say that it looks just like the pictures. We have modern appliances (washer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Important: For security reasons I need to know the names of all the guests that will be staying at the apartment during the reservation.
