The Apto is on a 3rd floor without an elevator, and is very close to everything, in an area with two large parks for children, supermarkets, trendy shops, cidrerias & local restaurants, we have a health center that is very close to about 500 Mtrs, and also several pharmacies, we have Natural gas heating and a lot of very hot water, the radiators are in all the rooms of the house, and also in the bathroom, we also have a washing machine and a clothesline (free) and a fully equipped kitchen, with hob, oven, and microwave oven and a large refrigerator, with a large freezer, in addition to all the necessary items for your use, plates, cutlery, glasses and Etc. On request we can put you a high chair, and also a baby crib up to 3 years well equipped portable type with mattress and her crib robe. If you need anything else, let us know and we can help you.
