Waterfront holiday rentals in El Sargento

This is a great location to stay. Right on a busy kite beach with activity at your doorstep and right above Latuna beach bar. Great place to eat or just a drink. Bar closes shortly after 9:00 pm so the music ends before it becomes annoying. This suite is directly beside the stairway to the campsite and other Bungalos. A great place to meet the locals and neighbours but also lacked the privacy on the same deck. Can’t get closer to beach and kiting than this unit. Kitchen was basic and the bed was on the hard side for our liking. Suite was clean and worth the price of admission.

Everything perfect in paradise!! You can't feel more than comfortable!! Unfortunately only four days! We will be back!!

We were very quiet, very safe, the truth is that Juan Carlos's attention was excellent, he was always on the lookout for his help, we felt at home, the place was very quiet and also very enjoyed, excellent place!

Spectacular place! Instructions very clean, check in was smooth, communication was great. Very clean! At night we enjoyed jacuzzi looking at the sky full of starts and in the morning the dolphins arrived right to the shore. Wow what an experience. Highly recommend this place and will be back for sure!!!

If you are looking for quiet serene beachfront property…this is your place. The beach in front was a little rocky…but a short distance down the way it was sandy. We loved sitting on our porch looking out to sea and gazing at the stars after a full day of adventures. The bungalow was perfect for a couple. Bed and pillows were comfy. We felt there were some basics missing…kitchen towels (no paper towels either),only two bath towels for a 10 day visit, no beach towels or any beach “stuff” for that matter. Winnifred and Alberto were super kind…they brought us a toaster(still in box!) and broom that we requested. We left our beach umbrella and cooler that we bought…hopefully future guests can benefit. So awesome place…with easy fixes.

This place is on top of a hot spring, and you can full the jacuzzi any time you want, that is just amaizing. And the location is exceptional, really quiet and in the sea. Definitely worth the visit, can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at this very beautiful home! Beautiful views, right on the beach, wonderfully relaxing spacious home and patio, lots of room for entertaining, very well-equipped kitchen. You would need to stay a lot longer than we did to avail yourself of all of the amenities. Gorgeous cardon forest right across the street with bike/ running paths. Plenty of parking. Allan was EXTREMELY responsive, answering all messages promptly. The only suggestion I have is to revise the instructions in the app; they specify to call a person who was not the correct person when we visited, and the directions to the house are confusing and there is more than one set, which conflict with one another. While we were trying to find the house (in the dark, our bad, do not advise) Allan was answering our messages right away and finally came to get us, then all was OK. I would not change a single other thing, though!

We had a great stay at Casa Alas Ventana. The house was spacious and had a good layout. We enjoyed coffee on the patio and time in the hot tub after being on the water. The location was convenient and the area for gear storage was awesome. We would recommend the house to others.

we loved our stay here! perfect place to take out for downwinder (near public access spot so lots of ppl to land kite). little deck/patio sitting over ocean, with best view in town of sunrises. and sheltered patio with comfy furniture to enjoy the afternoon out of wind and sunsets over the cactus forest. we stayed here during an unseasonably chilly february, there were a few chilly nights and mornings. but lisa mentions bringing warm clothes- if you stay here during that time be sure to listen. but tons of blanket available. very well stocked kitchen too- everything you need including fun margarita glasses! we will absolutely stay here again!

Best house in La Ventana! Absolutely, stunningly beautiful. Sami was a wonderful host and went the extra mile in recommending a physician in the area after I pulled a muscle. I can't praise the location and house enough.

Juan Carlos is an extraordinary host. The way that he cares for others is what hospitality is all about. Also, WOW best coffee in town!! This is an amazing place to stay central to everything and easy walk to the beach.

Christine’s house is conveniently located just above Rasta Beach and there is a large shed on the beach to store all your gear. No more driving around! The house is large, comfortable, and has wonderful views of the ocean. Christine responds promptly to any queries, and has local support staff to deal with any issues. I believe you will enjoy your stay at her house.
