This place was great. Awesome hospitality. The space was more than enough room for 3 people with all the amenities that we needed and then some, the area was very secure. The beach is a short distance away and was beautiful. Cannot say enough how great the place was. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay.

The place is very nice, with excellent views. The only thing against is that one of the guardrails is loose and can be insecure. 10/10 recommended

We selected this home based on previous reviews and photos, and were so happy that we chose it! Roberto, Eneida and Monica were so gracious and hospitable. We appreciated the connections that Roberto helped us with , to have our day on the lake with jet skis for a couple of hours from a local rental...use of the kayaks on site....and the boat was available for rental if we wanted to use it. We were able to order some delicious papusas one evening, thanks to Roberto's help and willingness to row across the lake to get our order!! We loved having plenty of towels available, for pool and bathing, without having to bring them along in our suitcases!! The Host has responded to previous reviews and has a new refrigerator added to a beautiful and fully equipped kitchen! We did a lot of cooking and enjoyed the amenities available! Our family enjoyed a couple of peaceful days together here, and we hope to be back for another enjoyable stay~ Thanks for sharing this beautiful space!

A 100% recommended place, it has everything you need for a nice stay, pleasant weather, good location... the photographs do not honor how beautiful and cozy the house is. Don Rafael is very friendly and was attentive to our needs. We hope to return with my family, thank you for having us!!!

We had an amazing experience at Joe's place in Xanadu. Although we came across a couple of glitches, Joe quickly responded to my messages and had assistance readily available. He's also a very caring host. One suggestion I would make is probably access to better internet or WiFi. During my stay, we had a couple of minor health issues going on and it took some effort to get a good signal to communicate with Joe, Uber drivers and other family members to ask for assistance. I found a few spots around the house with relatively good reception, however, in instances when it's hard to move around or want to stay away from the heat, a better signal would have taken that additional stress off. Other than that, Joe's place is wonderful and he is an amazing host. Highly recommend him and his place. Thank you for being such an amazing host.

everything would’ve been perfect except for the one thing the made me leave early: no wifi signal in the main room where i slept and where I needed it to work and watch my steaming apps. i tried to set up myself the wifi extender but it did not work at all. tried several times. as someone who needs a relatively fast but absolutely stable internet connection to work, this was a deal breaker. I ended up leaving a day earlier, paying for an extra day for nothing. they told me i could work near the entrance to the apartment where the wifi was available but how practical is this?

I want to thank Juan and his team for welcoming us and having everything ready in record time. They were very kind and we had a great time. The place is as shown in the photos and we felt very comfortable.

This was such an amazing house to stay in! It was spacious, well-kept, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. I stayed here with my two kids, and we all had a wonderful time from enjoying the pool to exploring the beautiful country around us. Lupita was absolutely incredible. She was always available when we needed her and even cooked for us, her food was amazing! God bless her. If you stay here, definitely reach out to Lupita for any services you might need she was such a great help and made everything so easy. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Amazing Stay in a Perfect Location! We absolutely loved our stay at this villa! The house itself was beautiful, the beach was stunning, and the location was just perfect—close enough to all necessary services but far enough from the tourist crowds to enjoy peace and quiet. The security was excellent, and we felt completely safe throughout our stay. A special mention to Francisco, the house guardian, who was truly a gem! He went above and beyond to help us with both small and big issues, always with kindness and efficiency. His presence made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

We love this cabin with my family! It is the ideal place to get out of the city being always close! The cabin is just perfect! My two puppies walked happily, and we were quiet because it's totally closed! I'm sure we'll be back soon! Thank you for everything Laura

Amazing place! Just like the photos and I think it is excellent for your stay regardless of age, the pool, in the recreation area, you can play with friends too. They have a grill that is para Asado in the Argentinian style (open). The rooms are very comfortable and the beach is excellent if you just want to sit back and relax as there is total privacy. It's worth it in my opinion.

The little house is very small but cozy. The gardens and the pool give it a special charm and make the stay very peaceful and pleasant. Perfect for disconnecting and relaxing.

The view was majestic as described by everyone. Access to the beaches was easy, you just had to wait for the tide to go down and you could then walk to the beach. You have to be mindful of the timing and make sure to bring water shoes to walk on the rocks, etc. As mentioned by previous reviews the place could use a little TLC. Also we were disappointed that there were no hammocks it was something some of our guests were looking forward to. Also the drinking water ran out and the staff said the water wouldn't be delivered until the following day. However all of those things are minor & the beautiful view made up for it. Also be mindful that although they have staff that will do all the cooking YOU need to provide the groceries! I brought my own cook because I like things a certain way so we mostly utilized the cooking staff for breakfast & food prep. Pro Tip: Find a mercado on the way there to do the grocery shopping avoid "El Super" as it is overpriced and fruits and veggies not fresh.

Wonderful peaceful place on the lake with fabulous hostess always helpful and terrific service in the house. Rosario and Milton were truly wonderful yet discreet. Highly recommended The water in the lake as in the pool is warm It is a true delight we hope to replicate some day soon

Excellent place to relax, we really enjoyed it very much, consider only that the social bathroom is a shared bathroom for the rooms, otherwise everything was excellent a spacious place with enough space to share! Highly recommended

The Casita at Villa Del Olas is one of the finest Airbnb experiences we have experienced. The stay was 5 diamond, and exceeded our hopes and expectations. Their place should be a case study for a truly delightful Airbnb experience!

The space was plenty large for our group. We had a few relatives stay with us the first night but were a group of 8 for a majority of the time so we had ample space. The onsite staff was incredibly helpful and we enjoyed the privacy of the space to spend time as a family. The location is not super walkable and as others have mentioned is on a busy street, but it felt very safe. The photos near the pool are very explicit that they were taken in 2020, so take that into account when considering the condition of the poolside furniture. Overall, the space is somewhat dated and could use a minor facelift but is as described in the listing. We appreciated the kitchen, the extra fridge space, and the television. Be aware that there is no proper "living room" - there is a lovely outdoor space but it can get quite hot and humid outside if you have older folks in the group. We appreciated the host's hospitality, responsiveness and local suggestions.

Lots of natural light, big windows. Gorgeous pool that was cleaned every day Close to El Tunco Supermarket, coffee, food across the street Beachfront Host always around & extremely helpful Yard maintained very well Gated & fenced. Always felt safe.

The house is spectacular! Each corner of the house has been thoughtfully detailed to make the house a cozy and comfortable place for guests. The spotless place. Everything was clean and fixed. Norma and Jonatan were a charm. Always willing to help and make us feel at home. Claudia was always very kind and was quick to respond but honestly we didn't have to bother her for anything since everything was perfect. Jonatan got us the jetskis rental and we had an amazing time. It is a place that we will surely return. Thank you Claudia for making our Easter Week unforgettable.
