The villa is located 50 m from the sea, in the private area of Capo d'Arco, 5 km from Porto Azzurro and 10 km from Capoliveri, which are very lively in the evening. Immersed in a 6000 sqm garden full of Mediterranean scrub, centenary olive trees, pines, cypress trees and overlooking the cliff, has a relaxation area equipped with a swimming pool with salt water overlooking the bay and a 180° view of the sea. It is shared with the 4/6 guests of the Main Villa in the area. It's not a place for very lively children.

Cota Quinta - Monolocale Superior

Prenditela con calma in questo spazio unico e rilassante, direttamente sul mare a picco sulla scogliera per i veri amanti della pace e della tranquillità, ma non per tutti. Alla Cota Quinta si accede tramite una stradina stretta e in salita ma sufficentemente larga per una macchina e per un furgone per gli autisiti più temerari. Una volta arrivati al parcheggio ci sono almeno 50 gardini per raggiungere gli appartamenti da cui si può accedere direttamente al mare per un tuffo dagli scogli.

Immersed in the island's unspoiled nature, Vecchia Quercia is a newly renovated apartment on the ground floor of a country house and just 2 km from the equipped beach of Marina di Campo and its center full of shops and services. The tranquility of the area allows you to have serenity and relaxation away from the summer crowds but, at the same time, the proximity to the village allows you to fully experience the euphoria. Casa Nicola

In the suburban area but close to all the essential amenities, the apartment "Casa Nicola" has a single studio environment with bathroom and an outdoor area for lunch, it has a small barbecue and sun loungers . The area is quite private also compared to my main home and separated by vegetation and more. Since the exclusive outdoor space is available in the apartment, however not recited, we will evaluate the hospitality of small sizes of animals.
