Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Elba

Very pleasant stay, cozy and comfortable apartment, all new. The only downside is the lack of parking nearby.

Lovely apartment located on the mountain top overlooking Porto Azzurro. Many lovely terraces and nooks to sit and lie on. Please follow the indicative drawing for directions as it is the only way up. And be ready on a narrow road with any oncoming. The only small thing, is that you have to dispose of your own 1 km away down town. But once it's learned, it goes too! Ernastine is very knowledgeable about Elba and is happy to give out of your knowledge. We had 7 amazing days on Elba with lots of experiences in both nature, beach and city.

We had a really good time at the Sant'Anna residence. Ideal and quiet location, a little outside the center of Portoferraio, but still a few minutes away by car. Near the residence there is a convenience store, a beach with a discount on the loungers for those staying here, a pharmacy and a supermarket. We also tried the restaurant inside the residence and you can eat very well, medium-high price but good quality products. Booking with Belvilla you have access to the pool included, we only left once but we liked it, large and comfortable, equipped with outdoor loungers and shower (serve the headset). For those who want there is also a bar near the restaurant. Also great covered and free parking on the premises. The room was not very large but equipped with everything you need, as well as the clothesline. The bathtub with the curtain was a little uncomfortable because there was always the risk of getting wet on the floor, nice the outdoor patio to eat out. Staying here was a great choice, I recommend it!

Perfect house for two, clean and with all the essentials. Convenient parking a few steps from the apartment although in high season it is difficult to find a free place. Chiara's tips on beaches and various restaurants/ice cream parlors are very useful. Recommended!

we were among the first to stay in the house that was so just renovated. The house is spacious and with a beautiful terrace with table and six chairs. It has air conditioning and a perfect location both for the center and restaurants and for getting around outside the city. Carmela is a great host, caring and attentive. Highly recommended

We were a group of 13 people and we had plenty of room in this large and beautiful house, composed of two levels in 2 apartments, which can either be separated or combined with everything double: 2 kitchens, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens etc. The house is very clean and neat, very generously equipped. The pretty village of Massa Marittima is a 5-minute walk away and the beaches are a 20-minute drive away. Leonardo is a friendly and very responsive host. The pool is actually a large pool, useful for cooling off or for young children, but we knew that before. We can only recommend this accommodation warmly.

The stay on La Concordia was beautiful and we would definitely book the place again! The house is super nice, clean, well furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. The house has only topped the large pool and the stunning views! ;-) Senta is a super nice host and took great care of us, the check-in and communication during the stay were straightforward and hospitable! Thanks again to you at this point:) I can fully recommend the accommodation to all people who want to disconnect from the hustle and bustle and enjoy nature, but do not want to do without cooling in the pool and comfort.

It felt like home 🥰 If you want to experience the Dolce Vita with children we recommend Alessia & Guido's place. Everything was clean, games available in the children's room, a pleasant exterior with furniture and a large umbrella essential for lunch outside in the sun. The surroundings and the beautiful city center of Massa Marittima was quickly accessible on foot. In addition, good communication with remote hosts: hassle-free check-in and checkout. Anna was also very responsive on site. Thank you very much! We will keep fond memories of this typical Tuscany place 🌞🇮🇹❤

We felt very comfortable. The apartment has everything you need to spend a relaxed holiday. Quiet, with beautiful views and yet not too far from the nearest place and the beach. We would come back.

Sabrina is a very kind, welcoming and always available host. She made us find the house well-stocked and clean. The accommodation is within walking distance of the sea and the central streets. Our dog also felt right at home Thanks again, we will definitely be back!

The location is excellent! Right across the street from train station. All restaurants, shopping and local attractions are literally just steps from the apartment. And, it’s very quiet and peaceful at night. Super safe!!

It was a great experience to stay in Suvereto’s quaint Old Town neighborhood. The accommodation was close to both a grocery store and pharmacy. The host was great to deal with and was very responsive to any questions that were asked. The location was a short drive to many other interesting towns such as: Campiglia Marittima and Massa Marittima.

Perfect location, clean and well-maintained house and Davide is always available to give advice on the spot! For those going to the area, I highly recommend it

We were family with 5 children. Apartment for us top, as described and well equipped, for the price was great. Host was very nice. Thank you. House was very quiet. Piombino lovey city, very good pizza and really delicious ice cream.

Caesar's place feels like you're at home. Comfortable, cozy and minimal. The exterior is well cared for and the right size to enjoy a meal with the noises of the surrounding nature. The apartment is small but with everything you need to make the most of your holiday. Mr. Cesare and Mr. Walter are of a unique kindness. A quiet place where we'll definitely be back.
