Air-conditioned 25 m² studio on the ground floor, a 10-minute walk from the city centre and 3 minutes from the banks of the Seine. You'll love its mezzanine. It is 17 minutes from the Rouen exhibition centre, 25 minutes from the Kindarena and 16 minutes from Biotropica. At the end of the street, on Place du Champ de Foire, the F9 bus line will take you to Rouen. Free on-street parking (spaces not always available) and free parking at the end of the street (fairground). For security reasons, there is a camera in the outdoor lobby.

The accommodation is suitable for long stays as well.
